Of all the consequences of forging his transcripts, being kidnapped by Salem, Queen of the Grimm was not one Jaune Arc expected. Then again, she probably hadn't expected that the act might lead to her being "cured" of her Grimm affliction, either. People of Remnant are pulled into another theater watching different scenarios of one Jaune Arc except there's a twist. What do you mean they go back to their reality? Huntsmen and Huntresses are trained to protect human's and faunus and abide by the law to do so. The Phantom Thieves on the other hand steal away the corrupt desires of the crooked folks that are avoiding justice one way or another. Both are on the side of the good, though on opposites sides of the law, and of course both side get results.

Everyone but Jaune Arc failed the initiation. Ozpin was speechless. He knew the boy's transcripts were fake, indulged the act, but never foresaw this outcome. Now the numbers were skewed, and a team wasn't possible. Exploiting his forgery would backfire. No, he reluctantly folded the hand Fate bestowed upon him. The Arc must explore Beacon Academy alone.

I wanted to save her, my best friend, the person who means the world to me. She had fallen beneath the clouds, a place no one had ever come back from. I was determined to bring her back, back to her home...back to me. So when I was given the option to save her, to bring her back from beneath the clouds, I had no choice put to raise my new sword to the moons shattered Remnants.

Military AU. Now 2044, Hikigaya Hachiman as we knew him is dead. After leaving the JSDF and now the leader of an illegal paramilitary organization, he has become a legend on the battlefield, gaining the name, "The Legendary Soldier". Fighting wars, terrorists, or being one himself, didn't matter. Finally, 20 years later, a contract from an old acquaintance will take him back home.

What started as an innocent game between Jaune Arc and Yang Xiao Long quickly grew in depravity the longer they played. Both were too boneheaded to quit, so boundaries broke to one-up the other.
