Hhhheeeeyyyy ya'll. :)

Not much to be said about me… I migrated here from Artemis Fowl Fangathering, and switched usernames (purely for… no reason. Just wanted a change.) and am now going to try figuring this format out. I am an artist more than a writer, more of a Christian than anything. I have read from this site for a long time, putting in my comments as ‘the huntress’ or just Anonymous. My main goal on this site is

1) Enjoy writing for my favorite series.

2) I’ve seen so many smuts that I feel… dirty, sometimes. I love romances just like the rest of them, but I feel that there needs to be a boundary. So I am going to leave a good, Christian influence on FF. And if you’re not Christian, well then, I hope I just make you smile. :J

3) If you EVER need me to pray for you, for ANYTHING, PM me, and I will. You don't even need to tell me what it is. Just ask me to pray, and I will. :)

I am a pure Irish girl, the one who adores the fiddle (I am haltingly, slowly, hesitantly making progress. I am teaching myself, after all.) and will dance away all night to a good beat. I am also pretty good at speaking Irish Gaelic, which I am also making progress on. Two years ago I earned the rank of first-degree black-belt. Cool, huh? I am mostly known as an Independent Southern Baptist, but I stick with Christian. That's a mouthful...

My favorite movies: All the Narnia movies (especially Prince Caspian) , The Dark Knight Trilogy, The Last Samurai, Band of Brothers, Braveheart,Tangled, Brave... and I'm sure, more to come.

Favorite books: Bible (durrr), The Chronicles of Narnia, Artemis Fowl series, Dagger Heart, The Wheel of Time Series, Lord of the Rings,... Batman... etc. :)

Erm… ya.. okay…

Me? I'm known as random, crazy, EXTREMELY extroverted, fun, artistic, smart, bold, and kick-butt. I love bright colors, fun music (Irish jigs & Lindsey Stirling rank really high up there ) and anything loud. I love soldiers, because my father is one. I head a lot of charities for veterans, especially for soldiers with PTSD, as I have... a very close tie to a veteran with PTSD. It's sad, people. :( S oI try to stay happy for the family. :)

T’was the night Before Christmas, he lived all alone,
In a one bedroom house made of plaster and stone,
I had come down the chimney with presents to give
And to see just who in this home did live,

I looked all about, a strange site did I see,
No tinsel, no presents, not even a tree,
No stockings by the mantle, Just boots filled with sand,
On the wall hung pictures of far distance lands.

With Medals and badges, Awards of all kinds,
A sober thought came through my mind.
For this house was different, it was dark and dreary,
I had found the home of a soldier once I could see clearly
I heard stories about them, I had to see more
So I walked down the hall and pushed open the door.

The solider lay sleeping, silent, alone,
Curled up in this, His one bedroom home.
The face was so gentle, the room in such disorder
Not how I pictured a United States Solider.

Was this the War Hero of whom I’d just read?
Curled up on a poncho, the floor for a bed?
His head was clean shaven, his weathered face tan,
I soon understood this was more than a man.
I realized the families that I saw this night
Owed they’re lives to these soldiers who were willing to fight.

Soon round the world the children would play
And grownups celebrate a bright Christmas day.
They enjoyed freedom each month of the year,
Because of these soldiers like the one lying here.

I couldn’t help wonder how many lay alone
On a cold Christmas Eve, in a land far from home.
The very thought brought a tear to my eye
Dropped to my knees and started to cry.

The Soldier awakened and I hear a rough voice,
“Santa don’t cry, this is my life my choice:
I fight for freedom, I don’t ask for more
My life is my god, my country my Corps.”

The Solider rolled over and soon drifted to sleep
I couldn’t control it I started to weep.
I kept watch for hours. So silent and still
And we both shivered from the cold nights chill.

I took off my jacket, the one made of red,
And I covered this Soldier from his toes to his head.
And I put on his T-shirt of gray and black,
With an eagle and an Army patch embroidered on back.

And although it barely fit me, I began to swell with pride,
And for a shining moment, I was United States Army deep inside.
I didn’t want to leave on that cold dark night,
This guardian of honor, so willing to fight.
Then the Solider rolled over with a voice soft and pure,
Whispered, “Carry on Santa, Christmas Day is Secure”

One look at my watch and I knew he was right
Merry Christmas my friend and to all a good night.

Written by a Marine posted in Okinawa.

This is posted for my father, who has been at war for Christmas, and I understand... Love your soldiers, everyone. They are what keep you alive. While some, like my dad, may have come home... it didn't mean they weren't harmed. They suffer so much, even after the 'battle'... the war isn't over. They have a lot to deal with at home. Most people can never even imagine the enormity of the emotions they deal with. Please, remember them in your prayers. They deserve it.

If you are unsure about issues of faith, or how to have a relationship with Jesus Christ, I would encourage you to look these verses up for yourself and read it with your own eyes. God tells us everything plainly in His Word.

Realize that God Loves You
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Realize that You are a Sinner
Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

Realize that Sin Must be Paid For
Romans 6:23, " For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Realize Christ Paid for Your Sin
Romans 5:8, " But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we ere yet dinners, Christ died for us."

Realize Christ Alone Can Save
Ephesians 2:8-9, " For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast."

Receive Christ as Your Savior
Romans 10:9-11, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

If you are willing to place your faith in Jesus Christ alone pray this simple prayer from a believing and sincere heart.

Dear God, I know I am a sinner. I know that I deserve Hell for my sins. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sins. The best that I know how, I am placing my faith in you alone to save my should and forgive my sins.

Be Against Abortion!

Month One

Mommy
I am only 8 inches long
but I have all my organs.
I love the sound of your voice.
Every time I hear it
I wave my arms and legs.
The sound of your heart beat
is my favorite lullaby.

Month Two

Mommy
today I learned how to suck my thumb.
If you could see me
you could definitely tell that I am a baby.
I'm not big enough to survive outside my home though.
It is so nice and warm in here.

Month Three

You know what Mommy
I'm a boy!!
I hope that makes you happy.
I always want you to be happy.
I don't like it when you cry.
You sound so sad.
It makes me sad too
and I cry with you even though
you can't hear me.

Month Four

Mommy
my hair is starting to grow.
It is very short and fine
but I will have a lot of it.
I spend a lot of my time exercising.
I can turn my head and curl my fingers and toes
and stretch my arms and legs.
I am becoming quite good at it too.

Month Five

You went to the doctor today.
Mommy, he lied to you.
He said that I'm not a baby.
I am a baby Mommy, your baby.
I think and feel.
Mommy, what's abortion?

Month Six

I can hear that doctor again.
I don't like him.
He seems cold and heartless.
Something is intruding my home.
The doctor called it a needle.
Mommy what is it? It burns!
Please make him stop!
I can't get away from it!
Mommy! HELP me!

Month Seven

Mommy
I am okay.
I am in Jesus’ arms.
He is holding me.
He told me about abortion.
Why didn't you want me Mommy?

Every Abortion Is Just . . .

One more heart that was stopped.
Two more eyes that will never see.
Two more hands that will never touch.
Two more legs that will never run.
One more mouth that will never speak.

If you're against abortion, please re-post this. It could convict someone else too. :)

...sniff sniff... This made me cry... AND I DON'T CRY!!! ...sniff...

Because, let's be honest, an ending that wide open is nothing more than a thinly-veiled request for someone else to do what needs to be done.
