I was born and raised in Africa, Uganda to be precise and I’m currently residing in Australia, but I live in my head more than anywhere else. I’ve always written fan fiction, I just didn’t know that’s what it was called. I wrote Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, Famous Five and Secret Seven stories, as a child. Lost most of them of course, but they were well received by my mates. I actually never shared the stories willingly because I’m really shy; my best friend would wait till I’d finished one, snatch it and circulate it. Looking back now, I think she was my manager / agent. She’s nearly a doctor now, so I have to do my own circulating. This is why I’m on this site now.

I love music, books and good TV (that includes animations, TV series, movies and documentaries), but I’m not a couch potato, I’m sporty. I play tennis, badminton, soccer, cricket, rounders, volleyball, handball, basketball and I run mini-marathons. I can’t run short races though! I’m not terribly fast!

I love children because I like to play, full out playing, not that self-conscious I’m no longer a child so I have to be more conservative playing.

Depending on whose company I’m in, I can be loud or dead quiet. Some people think I'm intense, others think I'm laid back. There are people you can never convince I’m talkative and those you can never convince I’m quiet.

For some reason, even though I never, ever ask, people tell me their secrets! Maybe it’s because I don’t care to ask. Figured that would make me appear self-absorbed but I guess it makes me look like a priest or something. So I know the most random things about lots of people! I would never tell though. I’m really good at keeping secrets. You know why? Because I tend to forget what I'm told the minute I’m told unless it’s extremely juicy.
