When the Phantom showed Christine the image of herself as a bride... what was really supposed to happen?

Erik loved music, and he loved Christine. To have both seemed perfect happiness. But if one of his loves was snatched away, would the other be enough?

After a chance encounter with a homeless blind woman, the Phantom employs her as his housemaid. A maid in his house will make things more comfortable for Christine when she visits. But when will he realise that his secret doors, hidden from view, are not so secret to someone who finds her way by touch? Or that, lacking sight, her keen ears might overhear words not meant for her?

Audition day at the Opera House…

As a young man, before settling in the Opera House, Erik travelled widely in the East, employed by Shahs and Sultans as a maker of magic, a designer of traps and tricks, secret chambers and automatons. How he would deal with it if a Sultan required him to design a very particular kind of automaton – a perfect woman?

Some people say it would be great to have two sexy men fighting over you. If I were Christine, I could think of something better to do with two sexy men…

Letting Christine go had been hard, but could the Phantom ever truly leave her behind? There were lessons to be taught, and an important lesson still to be learned.
