“Where is our god?!” they screamed.
“He is dead,” we replied, “We killed him.”
I'm Bittersweet Alchemist. I identify as gender-neutral, but I use female pronouns since that's what I was born with. I'm pansexual, and currently have a girlfriend.
I'm a Satanist— I don't adhere to either of the major branches of the religion, but I borrow a lot of principles from the LeVeyan Church. I was raised in a... unorthodox home. My mother follows Norse religion, my father Celtic revival. I have nothing against any religion unless it's shoved down my throat or used as an excuse for something deplorable.
I have many moods. I can go from dark to cheery to depressed in the time-span of two hours. I tend to be a little dark even when I'm happy, since I have violent intrusive thoughts, my OCD causing me to linger a tad too long on them. I also have Restless Legs Syndrome.
My tastes are, shall we say, greatly varied. A lot of it depends on my flighty and ever-changing mood. I like all kinds of music, from classical to screamo to J-pop to EDM, but I won't stand for most country. I like action movies, the occasional rom-com, comedies, and fantasy. I've watched Monty Python, the Dick Van Dyke Show, Sliders, the original Star Trek, some I Love Lucy, CSI:NY, Chopped, Cupcake Wars, some Supernatural, the first two seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and the Andy Griffith Show. I can't stomach horror and gore too well unless it's in a book or animated, and I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm scared of the dark. I really like anime, and I'm constantly trying to expand my fandoms. My first anime was Sailor Moon, followed by both of the Fullmetal Alchemist animes. I've seen Eyeshield 21, Magi, Attack On Titan, Death Note, Durarara!!, Blue Exorcist, Beelzebub, Sailor Moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Akira, One Punch Man, Devil Is A Part-Timer, Future Diary, DRAMAtical Murder, Winter Cicada, Sword Art Online, the first ten episodes of Captain Harlock, Soul Eater, Black Butler, Sekaichi Hatsukoi, Gugure! Kokkuri-san, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Gurren Lagann, Digimon Adventures, Digimon Adventures 02, Digimon: Digital Monsters, Digimon Fusion, Ai No Kusabi, Kamen no Maid Guy, Vassalord, the Finder animations, Cuticle Detective Inaba, and Orenchi no Furo Jijo. The games I play are less varied, since I'm not exactly a gamer. I like Tetris, Lumines, In The Groove, Tak and the Power of JuJu, Dynasty Warriors, Dead Or Alive, Jet Set Radio Future, and Vulpin Adventure.
I'm a pretty big foodie. I don't like seafood that much, and spicy foods aren't good for my stomach, nor do I like the texture of tomatoes on their own, but I like to eat. My favorites are my mom's homemade stuff from scratch and instant frozen foods. I like sweet things and sticky things. While I don't have anything memorized, as long as I have a recipe in front of me, I can cook pretty decently. The things I make best are lentil soup and brazo gitano (a custand-filled sponge-cake log), both with minor alterations to their recipes that I've found work better. Despite that, I prefer to let other people do the cooking.
My writing muses tend to wander. So updates are going to be irregular, and a lot of my stories are on hiatus. I'm trying to fix that, but it's not coming along so well. Just give me a while, I'll figure it out eventually.
