Author has written 4 stories for Lord of the Rings.
Regarding my current stories: Pippin's Diary has sort of been put away for the time being to allow me to work on my more dramatic type writing, as I felt this was where I needed to improve.
Right now, my portfolio is rather small, but I PROMISE there will be MUCH more. I am, at the moment, working on three stories, and stewing about 20. I have (hurrah!) just posted my latest work, Fathers and Sons, a story I have been working on for so long I forget when I started.
Oh my great aunt's feathered hat! I cannot beleive you lot! You have all been SO amazing about Fathers and Sons! I've had so many good reviews I could just shriek like a little girl. My first popular story! I feel so... authorian.
I've been writing fiction since I was seven, fan fiction since I was twelve, but only in the past year or so have I really started improving (kinda scary eh? writing for twelve years and only just improving). I guess I havent really been that good, since in my entire career of fanfiction I've gotten about nine reveiws, and 7 of those have been flames. bad ones. STOP CRUSHING MY AMBITION ITS BAD FOR ME! I have been taking Creative Writing classes for the past three years, and yes, my English teacher is a HOBBIT. I still really suck at coming up with original plots (hence my interest in fanfiction), and I am TERRIBLE at coming up with titles (as you can tell by glancing over my author list). I've been reading since I was four, and editing since I was eleven and bossy.
My main fanfiction interests are, first and foremost, Lord of the Rings (Up till recently, I've mostly been the movie type. However, I am now writing more from the book perspective as I go to read them for the fourth time). Secondarily, I like P.G. Wodehouse, C.S. Lewis, ER (Oh Kip Pardue you fox!) and maybe sometime soon Harry Potter (for those of you who have been following my bio: "Can Leopards ever change their spots?" "I dont know. do they want to?" "I'm not sure. I meet so few leopards."). My literary idols are JRRT, P.G. Wodehouse, and Stephen King. My 'genres', if you will, are Comedy, Angst, Drama, Action-Adventure, and Tragedy. I HATE romance, I am SO averse to romance in my own literature it's not even funny. that's why I laugh at people who tell me my stories are Mary-Sues. "That's crazy, you're crazy, you must have a very small pea for a brain, maybe even half a pea." Howls of derisive laughter Bruce!
