UPDATE!!! FOR 03/28/16: Zootopia, You've Caught My Eye...
Well, I'm just here to say that I've updated a few things on my profile. I looked over it and there were a lot of things that I put on here way back in the day, so I've been updating it just to conform to my current interests. Despite my absence from writing, I am still an active reader on here, and I will continue to enjoy the amazing stories all of you put out. In addition, I'll also be making changes to my profile to 'trim' it down just a bit. I will be getting rid of upcoming story information (mainly because there is none), but I will keep most of the profile.
As many of you know, I haven't been anywhere close to coming out with a story since A Beautiful Sadness ended. But the new Disney movie Zootopia has definitely captured my interest and my imagination... So, there may be a return soon. It may be to the world of Zootopia (I love the connection between Nick and Judy, they make for an awesome buddy cop movie), or back to the world of Alpha and Omega. For now, all Kung Fu Panda ideas and stories are shelved. I've really fun looking back at some of those stories I wrote years ago and I have to say I rolled my eyes on a few occasions. So this may be my triumphant 'I'm coming back!' shpeel, or it may be just another PSA. Thanks again everyone for your support over the years, this site has truly shaped some of my fundamental writing skills and introduced me to many amazing worlds.
Thanks to all,
THE FANFICTION PHILOSOPHY:
1) When people get writing on a very good story and then decide to abandon it, leaving us all in suspense for another chapter that will never come. (Yes I know I'm a total hypocrite)
2) Flames. When people go out of their way to call out a story and say its stupid. It may be one thing to say, "Hey, I didn't really like that chapter and there were a few grammar errors." But it is horrible to see someone say something like, "OMG! That sucked! Made me want to barf all over the place. Hope you don't write anymore" (We've all seen comments like this) I know what goes in to making a story, and to have others make a total mockery out of something someone worked hard on is just not classy.
ADVICE TO NEW WRITERS: Well now that I've been here a while, I will finally give some just based on my experiences writing.
1) NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF! Yes, maybe it sounds a little cheesy, but writing is all about making mistakes and becoming better through them. If you don't like what you're writing, stop for a minute. Go back and change things! It's okay to run into a bit of a writers block and discover plot holes in your story. But with some perseverance and dedication you can turn anything into a good piece of literature. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE PROUD OF YOUR WORK.
2) YOU WILL LOSE INTEREST IN WRITING OVER TIME. Yes, as hard as it is to hear, you really don't see many lifetime members on here, do you? Well, many people lose interest, or become too busy to focus on writing (AKA myself) Please don't let that happen to you! Find new inspirations, new ways to create a story! Writing is a great way to express your emotions and creativity in ways that you just can't in everyday life. I stopped writing, and I became disinterested in what was once my favorite hobby. DON'T BE ME, EXPRESS YOURSELF!
Inspirations for writing:
Here are some people that influenced my decision to write. They are very skilled writers and I hope you take some time to read their stories as well. I will update this list as I read more of your amazing stories out there.

Thank you all so much for what you do and I know there's a ton of other writers out there that I could have listed but these had a significant effect on me and my writing. This profile is dedicated to all of you. I strongly suggest that all of you look at these writers and their work. They're all so different, but share one common thing: they love to write, and create something amazing in the process of pursuing their writing.
