This is more of a realistic take for what would have happened if Tony and Gibbs were written in character for not letting a possible mole back into their team regardless of Ziva's claims otherwise.

Tony brings to light some truths, after catching Director Elbaz in a lie. Before Gibbs can say anything to him Tony leaves the office, and the building. Only time will tell when and if their paths will cross again.

Mainly centered around Spencer Reid and Anthony Dinozzo who are actually really close. Basically Reid learns Tony is in the Hospital and goes to visit him and gets a bit angry as well when he learns some less then pleasing information. Especially about how Tony's 'Team' treats him.

The combination of the soot-covered walls and the glassless windows couldn't be called a building anymore; which meant Tony couldn't be living there! So, where was Tony and why had none of them heard of a fire in his building? After all, they were a team and they needed to know these things to have each other's back! Because they always did, right? /Set in S1 after "Left for Dead"

Mick is following a rogue who has killed three people in L.A. When the vampire moves onto D.C. and begins another killing spree starting with a marine, Mick meets the NCIS team. Now Mick has to catch the rogue and make it back to L.A. without exposing that vampires exist to the team.

An undercover assignment goes wrong and Tony is missing. What happens when the team find him? Some angst, some humour - it's a mixture. Set early in Season 13 (because that's as far as I've seen!) Whole team involved but Tony centric. Now complete.

Gibbs has always valued and selected agents who know their own minds. He expects nothing but the best, and encourages his people to use their own initiative. But he also expects them to follow orders, especially orders that are designed to keep them safe. What happens when one agent confuses orders for requests, and initiative for insubordination? Tony had a plan going abroad the USS Seahawk - Grieving and climbing into a bottle were the order of the day.
