Author has written 12 stories for Hunger Games.

I'm just a Russian-born, Montreal-raised, French-speaking teenager living in the midwest.

Things I like:

Cato and Clove: especially as written by caisha702 (Love is a Battlefield is and always will be my favorite fanfic)

Harry Potter: the first series I ever fell in love with

Hunger Games: the second series I fell in love with (currently the only one I write for)

Ballet: in case my profile picture didn't make that clear

NCIS: because who can't love Gibbs and his rules?

Things I don't like:

Out of Character: sometimes it is done well, but usually I don't really like it (especially with Cato and Clove)

Bad hair days: because I'm a teenage girl (unfortunately they happen a lot...)

For those of you who were reading my story, The New Girl, you might have noticed it itsn't listed anymore. I didn't really like where it was going, or the writing style, or the pace, or anything really. I am in the process of rewriting it, and the first part is up under the name The Way We Are. It is mainly the same storyline, just better written (I think) and not in first person.

A wise person once said that there is more than one side to every story and that what at first appears to be black and white isn't always so - I said that I wouldn't do it but I have - The Hunger Games - Clove's POV

The Way We Are reviews
Clove makes the cross-country move from California to Massachusetts before her senior year. While on the East Coast, she meets some of our favorite Panemians (is that the right word?), and drama ensues.

He promised himself she wouldn't die. That he would die for her. But maybe it's punishment for all the broken promises in his past that the only one he can't keep is the one that matters most in the end. (sort-of sequal to Scared and Determined)

She seems at home here, and he grudgingly admits that he almost finds it attractive. She comes alive in the Arena like nowhere else, sending his mind in directions it should not be going, considering they're preparing to fight each other to the death. (sort of a sequal to Scared)

Death isn't something he's supposed to think about, but he does. District Two tributes shouldn't be thinking about dying, but he can't stop himself. And heaven forbid a strong, brutal Victor-to-be like himself starts thinking about sacrifice. But he does. And it's all her fault.

They're not showing her, but he's not surprised. She's smart, running off and hiding like that, but the Capitol has no appetite for smart people. They're not showing her, but he wishes they were. (Eamon's thoughts during the Games. Companion to Three Minutes)

You think you hate us. You think we're cruel and heartless, and maybe you're right. You see our emotionless masks where other people have faces with muscles that express feelings, and you think we're cold, brutal monsters. You think you hate us, and we don't care.
