New profile as of 9-13-14:
Christian. Female. No slash, no M-rated fictions, etc. [no m as in lemons. m for violence is...fine. you know.] (there is one rated m for lemons in my favorites but it's the one chapter and really clearly marked and you can skip past it)
Fan of eccentric geniuses and tall dark strangers; this explains my fascination with Sherlock Holmes, Merlin, the Doctor, Professor Layton, Patrick Jane (I know he's not dark but hey), Loki, Severus Snape, Eugenides, and the like. Well, I say 'explains'... Expect these stories and ones like them to show up below.
I arrogantly consider myself 'victimized' by authors who forget their stories (or have an actual life and find other more important things to do than write fanfiction but the fact remains that as of now I do not have a life so the fact that 'last updated 2008', wonderfully written, beautifully in character stories exist kind of hurts me) so I will not post a story unless I have the whole thing worked out or very nearly. Giving myself a deadline does make me work harder though I have been late. Won't abandon a story. At least I don't think so...
I am an aspiring writer, so please feel free to send any comments you think helpful. And as so many have said in so many more eloquent ways, every review is appreciated. Seriously, any kind of alert--review, favorite, follow--I cannot thank you for enough. I want to be a 'real' author someday, so anything that can make me better I appreciate.
Whenever I review a story, I usually end up stumbling around the following: "You write beautifully and I want to tell you that and compliment you, otherwise I wouldn't be reviewing in the first place. Also, I have no life and I devour fanfiction like sane people devour food and I want to beg for more of your wonderful stories without actually begging for more since I don't want to seem demanding, in the off chance that you have better things to do than write fanfiction." Just take it for granted that if I've reviewed one of your stories, that is implied every time.
Major ships: (from 'makes sense' to 'you need help')

(any and all promises re: Friggason may or may not be incorporated into an epic Labyrinth/Avengers crossover that may or may not get written. I think eventually I'll write it, but it will take a very long time because...
I'm going to write an epic Labyrinth/Harry Potter crossover. When I say epic, I mean it starts with Sarah's years at Hogwarts and goes through Harry's. It will be S/J, (the internal fangirl would like to tell you SSHG is a definite possibility but I will clarify that we mean friendship which may develop into something more once she's of age. no student/teacher. ew. not happening.) though it will take a while and he's going to have to learn to be less of an arrogant manipulator and she'll have to get stronger. It will take years. I will write it. It should even be here soon, though not entirely soon because--
I'm going to be writing a book. I promised my sister I'd have a first draft, and I shall have one. this will take up most my time. the next thing on the list is the Laby/HP crossover, and after that is probably Words because Reasons *coughTomasinLokicough* And if I marathon White Collar (currently on episode 2) and finally finish season 6 of The Mentalist, I shall write a crossover of those two. Poor Lisbon... 8D And sometime in the future I'll probably do a Peter Pan 2003 fic because someone couldn't keep the Slytherins out of her head, started shipping Lucius/Hermione, and ended up with what promises to be a minor obsession with Jason Isaacs. I'm blaming the Lucius/Hermione writer. Oh and I finally read Howl's Moving Castle and it's great and I loved it so you can probably expect something from there too.
I think that's it.
heh. heh-heh. Yeah. Anyway, it's December 22, and I've written most of Sarah's first year at Hogwarts. I'm going to start editing it and will post soon, probably next year so I can squeeze it into some kind of New Year's Resolution thing because I procrastinate like that. Given that I have most of the thing written, it will probably be a weekly update thing. Not sure how long the chapters are, but there probably won't be more than a dozen, if that.
And then I'll get to write her 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, and then finally the Labyrinth. Whoo.
ALSO I WATCHED THE SEASON 6 FINALE OF THE MENTALIST AND I AM IN LOVE FOREVER IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT I FIND THE MOST ROMANTIC SCENE IN ANY MOVIE EVER IT IS THE LAST FOUR MINUTES OF THAT EPISODE HOLY FREAKING BRUNO IT WAS PERFECT
clears throat* You may reasonably expect a Mentalist thingie, but probably not for a while. (See 'self-given title', above)
Also some annoying(ly capable) actors by the names of Lee Pace and Evangeline Lilly happened to blink at each other in the wrong (right?) way during "certain scenes" of the BotFA movie so now I ship Tauriel/Thranduil. And the movie only came out a few days ago but there's still only like four stories containing that ship on the whole site and I seek to rectify this. eventually. (see 'self-given title', above)
I think that's it for now? For the very few of you who will ever see this, I am working on stuff. It's just taking a while.
