Author has written 22 stories for Doctor Who, Avengers, Merlin, Thor, Lord Of The Rings Online, Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, Mentalist, Labyrinth, How to Train Your Dragon, and Harry Potter.
New profile as of 1-22-17:
Lover of words, admirer of characters in striking costumes using words as sharply as daggers, ergo my deep and abiding love of the eccentric genius and tall dark stranger trope, denizens of which are often villains -- Rumplestiltskin, Loki, Doctor Nicholas Rush, Sherlock Holmes, Col. Ives... okay basically anyone played by Robert Carlyle what can I say I have a type and he's apparently it, Severus Snape* Merlin, the Doctor, Professor Layton, Patrick Jane, Eugenides, Spock, Megamind, Arthur (from Inception. Because waistcoats and guns and paradoxical architecture and dimples) and the like -- Expect these stories and ones like them to show up below.
I arrogantly consider myself 'victimized' by authors who forget their stories (or have an actual life and find other more important things to do than write fanfiction but the fact remains that as of now I do not have a life so the fact that 'last updated 2008', wonderfully written, beautifully in character stories exist kind of hurts me) so I will not post a story unless I have the whole thing worked out or very nearly. Giving myself a deadline does make me work harder though I have been late. Won't abandon a story. At least I don't think so...
(Again, I WILL NOT abandon a story once I start posting it, but this by NO MEANS WHATSOEVER means I will be on time posting it. As of now (1-22-17) I haven't posted the next chapter of that one story for 3 1/2 months, but I'm working on it right now. I promise, if I start posting, I'll finish it. It's just going to take a while, apparently.)
I am an aspiring writer, so please feel free to send any comments you think helpful. And as so many have said in so many more eloquent ways, every review is appreciated. Seriously, any kind of alert--review, favorite, follow--I cannot thank you for enough. I want to be a real author someday, so anything that can make me better I appreciate.
Eh. Basically any female character/happiness; the list of my witty geniuses/people who kick said genius' butt, etc. So Loki/Jane Foster is basically the type. Mr. Darcy/Elizabeth. Rumbelle. (Realistic, character growth not ignored, Rumbelle.) Arthur/Eames. Illya/Gaby. Bucky/Darcy. Darcy/Taser. As you do
(any and all promises re: Friggason may or may not be incorporated into an epic Labyrinth/Avengers crossover that may or may not get written. I think eventually I'll write it, but it will take a very long time because...
I'm going to write an epic Labyrinth/Harry Potter crossover. When I say epic, I mean it starts with Sarah's years at Hogwarts and goes through Harry's. It will be S/J, (the internal fangirl would like to tell you SSHG is a definite possibility but then stuff happened and now they're just friends and Draco decided he wanted to stare at Hermione for lengthy periods of time so here we are. Anyway.)
It's now July 1, 2016, and I'm finally getting around to posting it. It'll probably be crap, but at least it's posted. I'm claiming it as my NaNo for July, which I'm forcing myself to interpret as 'post a chapter a day' as most of it is actually physically written and I just have to polish it.
But Sarah Williams and the Sister Stones is going to be a series, and the first part is now up!
Sarah Williams and the Sister Stones
(planned)The Vindicated Auror (1981, Sarah's first year) untitled (year 2) untitled (year 3) untitled (year 4) The Labyrinth (summer) untitled (year 5) untitled (year 6) untitled (year 7) The Philosopher's Stone (1991, Harry's first year) The Chamber of Secrets The Prisoner of Azkaban i screw with canon at this point a lot a very much lot but Sarah's amazing tho The Thief of Death Epilogue: The Goblin Queen was that last one a spoiler
And by 'I love Severus Snape' I usually mean fanon Severus. The nice-ish heroic-ish one, risking life and limb for the Order with no thought of reward! (imagine a movie poster somewhere between spy thriller and bodice ripper and you'll have a pretty good idea.) Whose hair is inexplicably 'baby-fine' idk why that's a thing why is that a thing ladies it's greasy it's canon that his hair is greasy so I suppose that's why we're clarifying fanon Severus -- Anyway. I'd like to take this moment to freely and without embarrassment tell the Internet that fanon Severus is the only reason I ordered sandalwood oil. I kept reading stories with him smelling like the stuff and eventually decided I just had to know. No shame.
