![]() Author has written 11 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Terminator. Well now, let's see, where should I begin . . . Buffy the Vampire Slayer is the show that introduced me to the world of fanfiction, and I am eternally grateful for that fact. My favorite type of fanfiction is femslash, with unconventional or incest ships being a close second. My two favorite Buffy the Vampire Slayer pairings are Buffy/Faith and Buffy/Dawn, and I've written mostly Buffy/Faith and Buffy/Dawn fics in the BtVS fandom. Mostly because I've found the subtext within their relationships to be a great source of inspiration. However, I don't always write Buffy and Dawn as a couple, so some of my stories are just about their unique sibling relationship. Although, if a story I've written is going to contain Buffy/Dawn femslash, I do put a warning in the summary, just to be fair. (And yes, I know there are those who don't agree with Buffy/Dawn fics or incest ships in general, but hey, it's fanfiction, not real life. To each their own and all that.) I do try my hand at writing other types of fics and other fandoms, so there are a few other types of stories in my collection as well. It seems that most shows have a near-infinite number of "What If?" moments to help inspire new stories. It seems one decision or one moment is all it takes to create a totally different path. (Believe me, I've got plenty of potential story ideas, and a fair number of not-quite-ready-for-posting stories.) Feedback and Reviews are always appreciated, as I do believe they help to make a better writer. Flames or Reviews with no point to them will serve as a source of amusement to me, so feel free to post them too. Anyone who has any questions or comments about my stories that they wish to speak privately about, feel free to send me a message directly. A partial list of ships I support. Once again, spell-check doesn't catch everything, so don't rely on it to catch these kind of word mistakes. Need help with your spelling? Online dictionaries are a big help, but if you want a program that you can use on any computer, try using WordWeb. It's basically a combination Dictionary, Thesaurus, and all-around help for writing the English language. All you have to do is highlight the word, click on the WordWeb icon in your taskbar, and it shows you everything you need to know about the word you've highlighted. It's a great resource for any writer looking to expand the depth of their vocabulary. Plus, it's free, and you can find it at: http:/// And remember, if you're not sure about the quality of your writing and you want to improve your skills, it never hurts to enlist the help of an experienced Beta Reader. They can be an invaluable source for constructive feedback, just so long as you are prepared to hear what they have to say. And on a final note . . . I, GrimSage, do solemnly swear to review all the fics I read and enjoy, regardless of the number of reviews, age of the fic, or anything else. I have joined the Review Revolution.
