Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter.

OH MY GOODNESS.So I found out that my And All That Follows fanfiction has been nominated for the Energize W.I.P. awards. This is SUCH an honor. I came into this FanFiction community just wanting to tell a story. This is my first nomination, and I couldn't be more excited!!! THANK YOU!!!

Hello all! My name is Lori! I've been lurking on FanFiction for quite a few years now, but this is my first account! I plan to publish some stories that have been sitting in the back of my mind for some time... I hope that you enjoy anything I write!

I am a huge Harry Potter fan. I've read the books since I was very young and have always enjoyed them. I also really like the Hunger Games and the Percy Jackson series, as well as various others that may crop up in time. And no, I do not like Twilight, please don't even request. I'm just going to make fun of it, and I really don't want to insult its fans like that. You guys like what you want to like, it doesn't matter to me! But I personally am not a fan, at all, remotely, no thank you.

I'm just your average college freshman! :D

For my readers and all future readers, I'm required to warn you that I am an absolute, complete, irrevocable, hopeless romantic. I love sappy stuff, I love happy endings. That's not to say I can't be mean in my writing, but that's what I love and support. So I'm sorry if you're not into that stuff. If you're really committed, then you could always skip over my fluffier stuff. But I won't ask the non-sap people to do that.

I'm planning on writing some fanfics mostly for Harry, but I think a Percy one might be in order, eventually. We'll see how college goes. I have here a list of my favorite characters and shipping, just an FYI.

Characters

Harry: Harry, Harry, Harry, Harry. Yes, he's my favorite. I love that boy more than I can convey with words. He's so strong and valiant, and his character is just so well developed... And even though he can be a little slow when it comes to relationships and other things, he's such a bright, intelligent hero. I've always admired him, I will always love him.

Ron: The noble best friend. The loyal one who will always be there. His Patronus, a terrier, I've always felt is so appropriate. He really is like a redheaded dog. XD I love Ron. He's humorous but also a very important, supportive character to the series. I know some people tend to fluff him off, but I love him.

Hermione: Sometimes a bit pompous and know-it-all, but always beautiful and wise beyond her years. She's always there to balance out the boys and to offer her support when no one else will.

Ginny: The ideal lady; strong, beautiful, and can really kick someone's ass.

McGonagall: Minerva McGonagall is the reason I want to become a teacher. That is all.

Draco: He had to make some hard choices. I really didn't like him at all, as I'm sure was the case with most fans, until Half Blood Prince. I really believe that in that novel and Deathly Hallows, he learned valuable lessons and his personality changed for the better. Such a strong developmental character.

Snape: I'm a sucker for romance and love. The Prince's Tale makes me cry, every time.

Dean Thomas: I love that kid.

Neville: Though awkward, he grows into something so much more. He starts out in Sorcerer's Stone meek, but in Deathly Hallows kills a Horcux. Wonderful.

Others:

Percy Jackson

Annabeth

Grover

Clarisse

Hazel (Heroes of Olympus)

Frank (also HoO)

I like almost everybody in the Hunger Games. XD

I do NOT like:

Lavender Brown: She's so obnoxious... Though she has good intentions, I just can't help but dislike her.

Umbridge: Self explanatory. I sometimes find I skip over parts in Order of the Phoenix because I hate her so much.

Piper from Heroes of Olympus: Please don't ask me why. I could go on for hours.

Jason from Heroes of Olympus: See above reason.

Octavian from Heroes of Olympus: Nobody likes Octavian.

President Snow from Hunger Games: What a jerk. I hate white roses now.

Gale: I don't know what it is about Gale, but I have not liked him EVER. I don't know if Suzanne just wrote him a certain way, or if I personally just don't like his character, but I've always disliked him and I always will. Maybe it's because I also LOVE Peeta, and always have.

Shipping

I'm just going to get this out of the way now: I don't usually like shipping that is non-cannon. So all of these are pretty typical. I don't know what it is; maybe I'm just like Hermione and I'm a by-the-book person, but there's something about written romance that really gets me. X3

HarryxGinny: My FAVORITE shipping of ALL time. I love, love, love them. They're perfect and adorable, enough said. Almost all of my Harry fanfics will feature Harry and Ginny relationships, so if you don't like that, then I deeply apologize.

RonxHermione: :3

Luna: ... I really did support Luna and Neville, I won't lie to you. But, since I read that she married Mr. Scamander, I find that very fitting. And Neville is happy with how he is, with Miss Hannah Abbott. :)

TonksxLupin: I love Teddy Lupin, so it's not really a surprise that I love them so much. XD

PercyxAnnabeth: Yes, I did squeal and cry for hours at the end of The Last Olympian, and yes, my world was shattered when I read Lost Hero and Son of Neptune. And yes, I tore open my copy of Mark of Athena so quickly that I'm worried I injured the binding because I was desperate for the reunion. I. Love. Them.

GroverxJuniper: They're so obscure, but they're so ADORABLE. Chlorophyll-goat babies! :3

HazelxFrank: I love these guys. I loved them from when I first met them in Son of Neptune, and agree with Percy that they need to get together. XD

KatnissxPeeta: Katniss can be a little... How should I say it? She can't read people very well. XD But I did like the very ending of Mockingjay... The Epilogue, not the rest of it (D:)... It makes me cry every single time. XD And Peeta Mellark is my baby, so... It isn't surprising that I like their characters. XD

AnniexFinnick: They're so cute. :3

Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts! I really appreciate it!

This is the story of what happened immediately after the battle of Hogwarts. It picks up where the last book left off and continues into the next year or so. It explains how Hogwarts was rebuilt to its magical magnificence and how the main characters dealt with the events of the past seven years. I own nothing! :D
