Tag to 12.18 "The Memory Remains." Overwhelming relief flooded Sam. His brother was alive - half frozen, hunched beside a puddle of dead pagan god, but alive. Dean lifted a hand in a brief wave of thanks and, for a fraction of a second, everything was ok. Then Dean slumped to the floor face first and the illusion shattered.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change, who would you sacrifice, who would you save? Dean wakes up in 2007 with over a decade worth of memories that haven't happened yet and choices to make that will change the world forever. (Spoilers through season 11, time travel)

Tag for 13X18 "Bring 'Em Back Alive." Warning bells sound in Sam's head as he narrows his eyes, starts to run calculations. Given his brother's propensity for self-destructive behavior and the reason he stepped through that rift, there's a damn good chance Dean's been walking around with an untreated bullet wound in his shoulder for the better part of a day.

A run-of-the-mill hunt goes awry for Sam and Dean, and the elder Winchester brother is badly wounded by a blow to the head. It's no surprise when Dean begins to hear a voice in the midst of delirium but he's shocked when it seems his beloved Chevy is the source. Maybe he's finally lost it. Or maybe, just maybe, the Impala isn't a normal car after all...

Old friends and old... enemies return to Los Angeles and bring new troubles for the Fox. In the Disney's story Diego didn't had much luck with women. This is mainly the story to make up for it.

"The pain in his skull went into overdrive, flying past pain to slam into sheer agony." Dean gets a severe headache while traveling between hunts. Sam comes to the rescue for a change. Hurt-Dean, comfort from Sam, and general brotherly love.

It sucks that Sam left. Sometimes Dean tries to imagine being an only child - it beats admitting that he misses the big geek. But he finds it's not so easy to pretend he never had a brother when a hunt takes him to the campus at Stanford.

With fatal accidents piling up at a small time race track, the brothers need to find out who’s scaring off the competition. No slash.

There are some questions that remain forever unanswered, conversations that can never be held. Unless the veil is lifted a little, allowing us an elusive glimpse behind. Fighting for his life, Dean gets the answers to questions he didn't even know he had.

Digging up graves is part of a hunter's daily life. Being buried in one - not so much. Especially since Dean doesn't fit the main prerequisite of burial: he's not dead. Not yet. But if Sam doesn't find him soon, that could change quickly.
