Hello! My name is *censor, I'm *censor* years old, and I live in *censor censor*!
Um... let's try that again.
Hey everyone! I'm Indubitably Flummoxed! (No.. that's not my name. But that's what you'll call me, because those are my two FAVORITEST words. And don't act like my sister and tell me favoritest isn't a word. I. KNOW.) I was formerly My Words Speak and Punny-Penname. My friend The Minun (Whose stories you should totally check out) is the one who got me started with all this madness in the first place :)
Does anyone else even really read profiles? I read them all the time! If you have only one view on your profile, it's probably me, haha
A FEW RANDOM-ISH FACTS ABOUT ME:
I'm older than eleven, but I'm still waiting for my Hogwarts letter. IT GOT LOST, OKAY?
I always use the shift key on the left side of the keyboard. I don't even know why. Even when I try to type with only one hand free, and have to capitalize something, I will unnecessarily (heheh, had to use spellcheck on that one) strain to reach the P or the L or the M or anything over on the right side.
I'm not on summer vacation anymore, so I might not update as quickly. You have been warned.
I've never read a book by John Green. /prepares for mass of angry fangirls/
Before I joined FF, I would occasionally read stuff on here and not ever review because I didn't have an account and I didn't want to do anon reviews. I'd actually never even planned on getting an account, until my friend (The Minun) told me that they just got one and asked if it was okay if they put a bunch of Hunger Games stories we wrote together last September on there. A month later I got my own account. (:
I don't beg for reviews. Usually.
I kind of stalk my followers, favorites, and reviewers :) If you check my story out, I'll probably check yours out in return! (Even if I don't review, know that I'm there. I'M ALWAYS THERE. xD)
My favorite band is Twenty One Pilots. PM me and we can discuss their songs and lament the fact that Regional at Best is no longer in print.
If you haven't already realized, I'm quite random. You have been warned.
My stories: (because everyone does this and I don't know why because at the bottom of this profile are all the stories, with summaries and everything.)
Seashells and Sand Castles - Hunger Games. In progress. This is my first fanfiction that I deemed worthy enough to publish. I've written other, hopelessly bad ones before that. It's not one of the more popular stories, (none of mine are, really) but I feel like I've gone too far on it to just drop it now. Anyway, this one is about Mags, the "old lady from District 4" and I'll be the first to admit the first few chapters are not that great. But I think I've improved along the way. However, I'm warning you about the romance parts, because that's not exactly my strong suit.
Leo the Terror - PJO. In progress. This idea was a random plot bunny that threatened to eat my face if I didn't write it, so I did, and it became my newest project! This is mainly about Leo and all the ways he gets in trouble at school with his teacher Mrs. Stodge, who is kind of a buzzkill. I have the whole thing planned out already, and I have a feeling the ending might shock some people. Gooooood shock value. *presses fingertips together and cackles evilly*
The Grade School Misadventures of Percy Jackson - PJO. In progress. (I really need to finish something!) Because The Minun was bugging me about writing a PJO story, so I did. This is my most popular one, even though it's by no means on the most reviewed page. Basically about Percy when he was a little kid and getting expelled from everywhere and stuff. They're mostly one-shots, with a couple two-shots or three-shots tossed in there. I'm working on this one the most right now to satisfy the readers, since that's where I have the most. I know I really hate it when I find a story I like, that doesn't get updated for more than a month... (then the story in question got updated 4 times in one week so it made it all okay again.)
Remind Me Why I'm Here, Again? - PJO. In progress. Flabbergasted Mess and I were talking, and we came up with the bright idea that PJO characters put on the musical Les Miserables. I tweaked the idea a bit, and came up with this. I feel kind of nostalgic writing it, because it reminds me of when I was in my school's play last year.. *shakes fist at the sky* JANUARY! COME FASTER! (EDIT: January came! I got into the play! I'm a member of the ensemble!!!! :DDD)
To Kill an Ophiotaurus - PJO. Complete. One-Shot. Came to me in English class while we were reading To Kill a Mockingbird. It's the first story on here that I've completed, but that's only because it's less than a thousand words long total. If you're short on time and want to read a story of mine, I suggest this one because it's super short and represents my writing style pretty well, if I do say so myself. :P
I went and took a bunch of personality tests for a lot of my wonderful fandoms to see what character from each of them I was most like!
Hunger Games - Finnick Odair! (Which was surprising actually, I didn't think I was anything like him)
Les Miserables - A weird tie between Fantine and Javert! (And here I was thinking I'd get Eponine. Well, Javert's my favorite character so I was happy anyway. That guy gets such a bad rap, but honestly, I didn't think he was all that bad. I mean, he didn't want to lose his job, right?)
Percy Jackson and the Olympians - Annabeth Chase! (Which didn't surprise me at all. I'm so bookwormish, haha. Everyone in my class asks me for help on English homework...)
Harry Potter - Luna Lovegood or Dumbledore. (I don't know what to think)
Pendragon - Spader! (Hobey-ho! Gotta love him! :D My two lowest results were Nevva and Saint Dane, good to know I'm not evil I guess XD)
Lord of the Rings - Merry! (Second result was Pippin, pretty cool huh? Me and my friend are pretty much the Merry and Pippin of our class :D)
Ranger's Apprentice - I took three different quizzes and two out of three was Will. The other one? ...Tug.
Divergent - I did the faction quiz that was in the back of the book. I got Erudite! My second result was Dauntless... but I think I'll stick with Erudite, mainly because I wouldn't have the guts to do half the stuff Tris did. Jump off a train? Noooo, thank you!
It is believed that 96% of people who mysteriously stop updating have been eaten by dragons. 3.99% are hiding in their showers with a water gun and a fire extinguisher. The other .01% is me during drama season! From February to mid-April I disappear from FF because life gets crazy with rehearsals around the clock and homework and life... it's a good thing I'm not in sports or else I'd be a nervous wreck. (BTW: Drama season is happening right now. Don't worry, I'm not dead, and I'm typing this from my bedroom, not the shower.)
