Wondering where I've been? Two words: Hurricane Katrina! I was living in New Orleans, but had to relocate to Colorado after the storm. I lost more then most and less then some. All kidding aside, the past six months have been the most trying of my entire life. But I'm starting to get my feet on the ground again and rebuild.

As for updates: When I lost my computer, I lost a lot of my work for 'The Haunting Place', but mostly I lost a vast amount of un-posted work for 'Cat's Eye'. That really sucked! After the hurricane, I couldn't bring myself to write anything, it was all drab, all terribly forced and frustrating. However, I've finally been inspired by the ending of Samurai Champloo. Unlike my other incomplete epics, I won't post this SC fic until it's mostly complete and it won't exceed five chapters. Don't worry, I'll continue work on my other two fics after I quit moping about all the work I lost.

Since this is the first time I've actually bothered to fill out my profile, I'll write some personal stuff now.
