Hey everyone! I'm SpectrobesPrincess (or jeenathespectrobesprincess for those of you who may have met me back in the day). I'm an awkward Christian animal science major who is just trying to stay afloat while balancing schoolwork and hobbies. I love superheroes, comic books, video games, cartoons/animation, music, video editing, dystopia novels, animals, writing, visual novels, and musicals. Feel free to talk to me, I don't bite ;)

Current update schedule is that Cursed updates every other Saturday while Change For The Better updates at the end of every month, but due to school and other responsibilities this is subject to change.

About my stories:

The Johanna trilogy: Johanna Mason's POV of her Games, as well as Catching Fire and Mockingjay. Not my best work, but I leave it up for nostalgia and because I know a lot of people really liked it. It's always kind of heartbreaking when a beloved fic gets taken down, and I don't want to be the cause of that anymore than I already have with the fics that were truly bad. Has now been complete, though I may go back and edit some of the earlier chapters eventually.

Earth 24: Earth 24 is the designation in DC's multiverse where I placed my Teen Titans fanfictions. I eventually plan on writing other stories set in this continuity about characters who didn't appear in the cartoon, so giving it a spot in the multiverse seemed to be the easiest way to organize things. The stories currently posted are Cursed and Change For The Better, both of which are still in progress.

A Better Ending: Oneshot. My way of tying up the loose ends for one of my deleted Hunger Games fanfics.

Future Stories:

(Martin)Steins;Gate (Name Subject To Change): Firestorm/Steins;Gate AU that I started writing solely for the pun as a joke, but it works a little too well so I think I plan to publish it after I finish some of my current projects.

Fantasmic: Modern-fantasy spy/vigilante AU starring the Disney princesses (plus the princes, plus some others) as they try to save the world from a vicious cult dedicated to summoning Chernabog. An absolutely massive crossover that at least references most Disney properties I can think of, and it's going to be an absolute blast to write. I've written a few chapters here and there since 2018 (if that gives you any idea how long this one has been in the works), but I want to finish my other projects before I start posting this one.

Hope Beyond Despair: Danganronpa fic set 25(-ish) years after the reopening of Hope's Peak Academy in the last episode of the anime. Plot revolves around a new class of Ultimates who have been trapped in the Neo World Program by a mysterious figure with a grudge against Makoto. The story is split between two perspectives: Makoto and the other survivors solving the mystery of why this is happening from the outside and the new students being forced into another killing game from the inside. Admittedly this is the exact premise I expected to see everywhere when I joined the fandom, but I haven't seen any like this floating around so I guess I'm safe (even if I do find one, the two cakes principal demands that I still write it).

Distrust: Combining the two previously mentioned fandoms, this one is a Disney/Danganronpa AU. Why? Because I realized that Myrtle from Lilo and Stitch is just the younger, Hawaiian version of Hiyoko, and that thought simply would not leave me alone. Also, Mickey-kuma would be hilarious. Split into two stories. Side:Hope has Aladdin as the protagonist and mostly follows the plot of the original game, while Side:Despair has Phillip as the protagonist and mostly follows the plot of the second game (with a slight dash of V3). I say "mostly" because I definitely changed a few things to keep the readers on their toes (such as ignoring certain trials in favor of completely reworking them). I'll either write Side:Hope first or release corresponding chapters of both simultaneously like the anime did (I get that no one liked that format but I think it would be cool to replicate it in written format. Obviously they would be written in a way that they could be read on their own, though).

The Ballad of the Mockingjay: Hunger Games superhero AU. Follows Katniss as she discovers a mysterious pin in her aunt Maysilee's attic that grants her powers and allows her to see the ghost of the pin's original owner: her great-aunt Lucy Gray, who is most definitely not happy about her murderer/high school sweetheart Coryo's plans for world domination. I thought of this one after reading The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes for the first time after it came out and wondering if Maude Ivory was Katniss's grandmother like half the fandom did. I will probably go to this one when I start missing writing Johanna after the trilogy is done.

-A really sad Taka-centric Danganronpa fic set before The Tragedy

-Teen Titans college AU (Beast Boy centric)

-Flash/Pokemon AU (if you've seen me mention The Delta Prophecy anywhere, this is it)

-Hunger Games oneshot about Tigris (aka my desperate attempt to make my fics still work with canon now that the prequel is out and it gave us her real backstory... oops)

-A bunch of Firestorm and/or Killer Frost centric DC fics (mainly Teen Titans 'verse/Earth 24)

-Chihiro and Chiaki centric Danganronpa fix-it fic

-An eventual Cursed sequel that crosses over with the Sandman comics (if you're looking for a hint on which minor DC character is Jinx's mom, here's a blatant one)

-Danganronpa/Pokemon AU

-I also really want to write something for Zero Escape, but right now I have no ideas that have caught my attention enough to justify writing it
