Once upon a time, things were simple.
I woke up around six in the morning just to log into fanfiction for a little bit before school. After returning home, I'd read for a while again and play wartune, before heading out for an afternoon football match. Then I'd study later in the evening. Sometimes I would pm dilost and try to gain some of his incredible knowledge in mythology- as dabbling in myth is one of my favourite hobbies.
Life, isn't so simple anymore. Studying hard for a good college grade, working shifts and returning home late leads to me getting a quick meal and sleeping as soon as my back hits the bed. Reading fanfiction is now a once-a-week thing. Only now, I've begun to appreciate the little things in life that made it so amazing.
Talking to people in mmorpg-s, reading fanfiction, watching anime over a box of icecream, scoring back-heel shots and over-the-head goals; these are stuff I rarely do these days.
That means I'm growing up...
Perhaps. Perhaps not. Sometimes, I still yearn to take out my trusty old friend, the Gameboy Advance, to play Pokemon once more. I fish out the old device from my trunk and look at it. Yet, my finger hesitates above the power button, and in the end, I do not turn it back on.
