Author has written 2 stories for Shakespeare in Love.

My name is Blythe Slevin (or my pen name I gounder) and I am an amatuer soon to be professional writer or journalist. You're probably wondering how a girl like me arrived here. What I say will determine your opinion about me and whether or not I want to tell you more about myself. Let's begin eh? Well, I am currently eighteen years old, and a student at the college of CMU which I will probably be there for the next three years depending on how much I actually like where I live. Which I don't so maybe I will transfer to U of M or try an overseas thing in London--attending Oxford.

People pretty much conclude that I am outspoken because I express when I feel its time. Some people take that offensively and snip right back? And this is the part where I am supposed to get all defensive and say I don't have to say anything to you. I'll tell you everything I know. Well, more about me is that I am a huge literature major and anything to do with British Literature or American past time novels, you have my complete attention. I mean you don't see people reading John Milton's Paradise Lost everyday now do you? I have a weakness for the creativity and pure genious these men had, when people back then thought them mediocre, I see it as sheer brilliance. I don't want to be like them, I want to write books where people love it and can't get enough. I want to be controversial and hypocritical at the same time, and express my feelings and power into those novels. Yeah, I know people don't talk like that anymore, but its how they think.

Some of my favorite books are Paradise Lost, Beowulf, Vanity Fair, A Great & Terrible Beauty, Pride & Prejudice, Wuthering Heights, Mists of Avalon, Count of Monte Cristo, Sloppy Firsts, Second Helpings, Memoirs ofa Geisha, An Acquaintance with Darkness, Sense & Sensibility, Animal Farm, and many more. Some of my all time favorites movies would be Fahrenheit 9/11, 13th Warrior, Matchstick Men, Gladiator, Memoirs of a Geisha, Kingdom of Heaven, Pride & Prejudice, Alexander, The Constant Gardner, The Duellists, The Notebook, and Tristan & Isolde. Some bands and music I like isTeddy Geiger, AC/DC, Journey, Crossfade, Saving Jane, John Mayer, Remy Zero, and Nickelback. That's pretty much the drowning pool right there for me.

Some genres I write are Romance, Tragedy, Action, Mystery, Suspense and even I'm trying a hand at comedy because of my closed book humor.
