In Progress Stories:
The Road to Sunrise:
Status: In Progress (Chapter 40 being written)
Chapters Complete: 39/76
I have 76 chapters planned for this story so far. I've currently written 39. Planning it out, if I update once a month, I'll be done in about three years. Heh. But don't worry, this story is going strong and I don't see my inspiration dying anytime soon. My wonderful readers keep me going. In many ways, Sunrise is my current masterpiece and love interest. Updates are a little slower these days because of this thing I have called Life that's suddenly become busy and time-consuming, but I am still writing.
Perchance to Dream:
Status: In Progress
Chapters Complete: 8/40?
This one is fairly epic. Probably close to Sunrise epic. And that's EPIC. So, it may be slow going at times, but I'll try my best to keep it moving forward at a pretty steady pace. While it has fewer chapters than Sunrise, it's a lot more intense in some ways. Perchance starts out with a bang and never really slows down. But it'll be fun, and it'll be an adventure.
Like Fragile Glass
Chapters Complete: 9/?
I actually wrote this story ages ago, back when I first delved into the world of fanfiction. Now, nearly seven years later, it makes my eyes bleed. I was planning on finishing it before I posted, since I expected ages to pass before I had time or inspiration to work on it, but last summer unexpectedly launched me into a Star Wars kick so strong I wasn't been able to focus on anything else, so I thought I would post it and share it with everyone while I had momentum. Unfortunately, my computer recently ate a significant portion of the story so updates may be awhile in coming while I go back and try to rewrite.
NOTE: This story is on hiatus until further notice.
The Last Train Home
Status: In Progress
Chapters Complete: 5/?
This is the PREQUEL to The King's Gambit, set in an AU X-Men universe. It picks up directly after the events of X-Men First Class and focuses on the characters of Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr as they struggle to find common ground in a world rapidly uniting against mutants. While it was originally supposed to be a simple one-shot series exploring the back story of The King's Gambit, my muse went a little crazy and it's now looking more like a multi-chaptered epic.
Possible Future Stories:
Fandom: Fullmetal Alchemist
Pairing: Slight Roy/Riza
Summary: "In preparation for your undercover mission, there will be a reversal of command positions for the next month. You are dismissed, Colonel Hawkeye, Lieutenant Mustang."
The title is still in the works. Hopefully I'll come up with something a little less dorky. I must say, this has been a long time coming. I've been a fan of FMA for years and am just now getting around to writing for the fandom. Pathetic, right? This is meant to be a one-shot, but I might expand it someday. If so, it would probably venture into more dramatic territory (as all my multi-chapter works tend to) but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. For now, it is being treated as a one-shot.
Through the Blur of Days:
Fandom: Final Fantasy VII
Summary: At first he was an enigma, then he was a boss, then he was a friend, then, somehow, he became her reason for living.
Another working title. This will be a series of one-shots centered around Rufus/Elena, since I absolutely adore that pairing and there isn't enough love for it on this site. The main purpose of this is to explore Rufus and Elena's backstory for Sunrise, but it will be able to stand on its own, too. I haven't written anything for this yet, but I'm excited about it. Spread the Rulena love! XD
Fandom: Star Wars
Summary: AU Episode III. Sequel to Like Fragile Glass. The end is growing closer and the Force is dark. Jedi Knight Anakin Sywalker finds himself caught in the middle of a rapidly unraveling world.
I started writing this right after seeing Episode III in the theater (as I imagine many people did) but moved on to other things. I've been going back and rewriting this one, as well, and it will be posted after Like Fragile Glass.
Across the Stars
Fandom: Star Trek 2009/Star Wars
Summary: The war with the Empire is over and a fledgling New Republic is struggling to establish a new government on Coruscant, but trouble is brewing in the Outer Rim as an Imperial remnant begins to gain power. Left with few options, Chancellor Mon Mothma patches together a crew from members of her rebel fighting force for a dangerous mission. Led by renegade and former Rebel spy, James T. Kirk, this crew must venture into the dangerous Imperial and Hutt controlled space in an effort to capture remaining Imperial commanders and win planets to the side of the New Republic.
Yes, I know, for many this story would be considered blasphemy, but I thought it was too cool of an idea to pass up. Since I have only recently become a Star Trek fan (and that only pertains to the new Star Trek, not the original series) and have been a Star Wars fan for years, it seemed more logical to take the characters from the movie, which I adore, and put them in a universe I'm well informed about. That way I don't have seasoned Star Trek fans butchering me for screwing up details (not that people may not want to butcher me anyway for this). This story is still in very early planning stages, but I'm excited about possibly, maybe, hopefully writing it someday.
The Silence of the Sound
Fandom: Life on Mars/Doctor Who
Summary: After the events of the Year that Never Was, a grief-stricken Time Lord is running from destiny. Meanwhile, in 1973, Sam Tyler has a crack in his wall. Time itself is unraveling and something vast is stirring in the dark. Soon, silence will fall and with it will come the end of all things.
So, this is another rather vast one that I've been working on for awhile. It will combine Life on Mars with Doctor Who and mix elements from Ten and Eleven's eras together, so I'm looking at a rather complicated plot. If I ever get it off the ground, it should be fun, though.

Sora's Keyblade - I contacted the artist a while ago, asking for permission to use this Keyblade design. She never got back to me, and I was unable to find her anyplace else on the internet. The design and name remain strictly hers; I am in no way claiming ownership or creative influence of Redemption in any way, shape, or form.
Kairi's Dress - I found this a while back and thought it was a wonderful design. I contacted the artist and asked her if I could borrow it for Perchance and she said I could. :D So, this design belongs to painting-by-numbers, and I had no influence on the design or concept at all.
Zack and Cloud's Apartment - I don't have much to say about this one. I can't really remember where I found the floor plans, but I'm sure if you Google "two bedroom apartment floor plan", you should find it in a jiffy. :P
NOTE TO ALL MY STRINGS OF THE HEART READERS: If anyone out there still cares, or even notices, Strings is gone. I'm very sorry for that, but I know it is something I'll never finish and I don't want to give anyone false hope. I've simply fallen out of love with Naruto and can't seem to bring my muse to be interested in it again. It's been too long. So once again, I'm sorry. I feel like I've failed you all and I hate letting you down, but it had to be done. Thank you for all your kind support and encouragement over the years. Now, I wish the Naruto fandom a fond farewell. You've been good to me. Love to all of you.
