Author has written 5 stories for X-Men, and Fullmetal Alchemist.
These are my main interests when it comes to stories in general: rationality, science, infodumps and transgender issues. In fan fiction, I usually appreciate canon characters who are in character, some kind of plot and a world that is "in character". I don't mind original characters or casts or changing the world or characters more rational; in fact, I think I like them. What I generally don't like is romance and love themes, possibly because I have such a hard time understanding them.
These are some of the fandoms I'm familiar with and might read fanfic of: X-Men comics and other Marvel stuff, The Left Hand of Darkness book and other Hainish stuff, Fullmetal Alchemist comics, Harry Potter books, Babylon 5 TV series and Order of the Stick comics. These are fandoms I'm familiar with but a little less interested in reading fanfic of: Metroid games, Legend of Zelda games, Elfquest comics and TV series Stargate, Farscape, Earth: Final Conflict and Star Trek. I'm also familiar with other fandoms, but I suspect that I'm not that interested in reading fanfic about them.
Maybe more about me is in order. I draw humanoids, write weird stories, like sci-fi and fantasy, role-play (table-top and play-by-post), read books and comics, watch films and TV, play video games, hang around in IRC a lot and study stuff related to computers and physics. I'm good with languages (grammar, not speaking).
Speaking of languages, I attempt to write my stories with all the grammatical correctness that I can muster, so don't be hesitant about pointing out any oddities. This goes for any language. Furthermore, I'm not very good with descriptions and synonyms, so I would appreciate it if any reader can come up with a nice word or a better way of describing something. When I review stories, I almost always touch the subject of spelling or grammar. So if you need help with that...
I don't do gender. Feel free to call me "it". (Go on this TVtropes page, expand Literature and find "Bel Thorne".) My choice would be the Spivak neo-pronouns (ey, em, eir).
And finally: I want to read any story that features an actual androgyne / hermaphrodite / monoecious person / gynandromorph / intersex person / epicene / manwoman / insert-synonym-here who doesn't consider emself to be of either sex! Original fiction, any fandom, all goes. Well, okay, it needs to be reasonably well-written so that I can understand it.

The covers for my stories are drawings that I have made.
I also have a dedicated gallery for Fullmetal Alchemist related art.
