Author has written 26 stories for Avatar: Last Airbender, Sonny with a Chance, Harvest Moon, Selection Trilogy, Kiera Cass, Legend of Korra, and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.
2020 UPDATE: Avatar's back, so I'm back. It's been difficult trying to kick this writer part of my brain again after so long, but the fandom resurgence has given me fresh ideas and inspiration. If all goes well, I might even pick up an old fic for a sequel. Also, I'm on AO3 too (same username) cuz that's where the kids are these days.
Hey there! I'm Atarah :)
I write when inspiration hits me, and so my posting is completely reliant on that.
I enjoy writing introspection and conversations/dialogues. I'm a writer fueled by strong emotion (i.e. feels), and losing my momentum is disastrous for my fics. That's why I mainly write one-shots or collections of one-shots.
To those reading Rage: Aang's Other Side: I'm so sorry, but it's discontinued as of the moment. I've lost my momentum for the story, and I don't know when or if I'm going to get it back :(
To those reading It's a Gamble: It's on hiatus as well. Sorry, guys.
I also love music, which has inspired a good number of my fanfics.
And yes, like almost (if not) everyone else, I ship! Specifically . . .
Kataang/KataraxAang (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
Channy/ChadxSonny (Sonny With A Chance)
KatnissxPeeta (The Hunger Games)
Sanubis/SadiexAnubis (The Kane Chronicles)
Team Maxon (The Selection)
Notice I didn't use a pairing name for the last one. That's because I'm not an America Singer fan; I'm mainly on Team Maxon because of Maxon himself. Poor Maxon always getting pushed away by America's annoying indecisiveness—I'm going to cut this rant short.
If you’re wondering, yes, I also watch Legend of Korra, but I don’t strongly ship any pairing there. I do sort of ship Linzin, but I don’t have any problem with Tenma either. And I also think it would be cool if General Iroh and Asami got together, so I guess that means I also sort of ship them :)
When it comes to reviews, feedback, suggestions, etc., I'm very welcome to them as long as they’re constructive because I know that there's always room for improvement. :) Also, for me, a review means that someone took the time to read my story and wants to help me become a better writer, and I really appreciate that. :D
Oh, and feel free to send me prompts! Either PM me or send me a tumblr ask. But take note that I don't write anything rated higher than T, and that I mostly write Avatar fanfics now.
