Author has written 6 stories for Legend of Zelda, and Harry Potter.
I am a computer networker working for a leading company in its field. I'm sure you've heard of it. My primary fanfiction interest is in my own AU of Link from the "Zelda" game series of video games from Nintendo. Funny that Zelda gets the name recognition when Link does all the work, eh? I am also writing some "Harry Potter" stuff to try to work out some issues in the twentieth and twenty-first century Realm of Hyrule. I haven't been updating routinely, sorry. Minor hobbies like work seem to keep getting in the way. But, all stories are "active." I look forward to all INTELLIGENT comments on my writing. After all, one can not write in a vacuum.
1 August 2012. It seems that my "muse" will only stop bothering me when I sit in front of a notepad or keyboard. I hope to change that, but "it's only a hobby..."
If your profile is longer than the sum total of everything else you've ever written creatively, including homework for your native language grammar class, then cut and paste this into your profile. You may as well, since you've already put everything else in there.
A "rogue" is a person who is dishonest, immoral, or profoundly non-cooperative with the society or group to which they otherwise belong. "Rouge" is a red powder type cosmetic used to color the cheeks or lips. So, unless your Narutoverse missing ninja are from "Hidden Transvestite Village," they are definitely "rogues."
Barely is a minimum happenstance, such as "barely there," or "barely able." Barley is a grain beloved by beer drinkers and otherwise used mostly as animal feed. Spell checkers can't tell the difference, but many readers CAN.
"Werd ov ta while." In the English Language, several of the personal pronouns have both a "subjective" case and an "objective" case. The subjective case is used for the SUBJECT of the sentence, I.E. the person, place, thing, or idea that is doing or being. The objective case is used for the OBJECT of the sentence, I.E. the person, place, thing, or idea being acted on or done to. Subjective and objective personal pronouns are NOT interchangeable. Most people accidentally use the wrong case of personal pronoun when writing a compound subject or compound object. Sentence diagramming practice helps. Another "trick" is to edit your original sentence using only the personal pronoun instead of the compound subject or object. Consider the two sentences below.
Eric and me went shopping in South Park. Kartman kicked Stan and I in the nuts while playing Rochambeau.
Some of you won't spot the errors at first glance. However, by rewriting the sentences with only the personal pronouns, you have the following.
Me went shopping in South Park. Kartman kicked I in the nuts while playing Rochambeau.
The wrong selection of personal pronouns in both sentences SHOULD be more obvious. If not, study your grammar more diligently.
