Author has written 5 stories for Pokémon, Naruto, and Dungeons and Dragons.
I don't currently have any plans to update or continue either Naruto the Spandex Hero or The Mage Replacement. They're from when I had newly discovered fanfiction, and are a mishmash of ideas and tropes with just enough originality that I won't straight-up delete them. In the years since then, I like to think I've become a much better author, but sadly I haven't put together enough of a story that I feel comfortable publishing it. Feel free to PM me if you want to know what the planned ending was for anything I've written and discontinued.
I've got a new WIP that doesn't have a title yet. It's Team 7 centric and an AU with a single main point of departure. I'll start posting it once I have at least four chapters written. I'm also going to post any one-shots I write for the /r/NarutoFanfiction community on reddit. That will go into 'Misc Naruto One-shots'.
Just a warning: My favourites list is mostly a bookmark list. I've not read all the stories I've added. I keep those I might want to read again and remove those I've finished and don't want to keep, but also have a bunch that looked interesting or were recommended to me and that I haven't even started yet. However, I have a community for completed stories that I think are very good. That said, here's my list of favourite stories, some complete and some not, in no particular order:
Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality by Less Wrong - I'm a massive rational!fic fan, and this is the one that started it all. I love the characters and a lot of the original plot elements, especially near the end. Some of the same author's original fiction can be found at yudkowsky dot net and navigate to 'Other -> Fiction'.
Harry Potter and the Natural 20 by Sir Poley - the first fanfiction I read, and a brilliant merging of D&D and Harry Potter in a way that is at times humourous
The Lie I've Lived by jbern - My third favourite HP fanfiction, and my favourite '[Character] gets someone's memories' fiction.
A Black Comedy by nonjon - One the funniest fanfics I've read. The only better one I've found is...
Seventh Horcrux by Emerald Ashes - Probably the funniest story on this site.
Cenotaph by notes - The best Worm fanfiction, but you have to have read Worm beforehand. It's amazing on its own, and there's a whole load of great fanfiction for it as well (a lot is on spacebattles dot com, but there's a directory on /r/WormFanfiction)
Pedestal by Digital Skitty - The best completed Pokemon story I've found. It also doesn't follow the usual pattern of 'get progressively more and more overpowered until there isn't a plot anymore, then declare that you've won', or the slightly less common but equally annoying 'get progressively more and more overpowered until you replace the plot with Deus Ex Machina reasons why you haven't won yet'.
A Game of Champions by L. Lamora - The most interesting Pokemon story I've found. The core is just so good it makes up for all the tropes I'd otherwise dislike, since they're used well in some cases, and subverted in others.
End of the Line by shewhoguards - A very touching series of one-shots, with a minor crossover with the Discworld series by Sir Terry Pratchett.
The Metropolitan Man by alexanderwales - Pretty much the ideal format for my preferences. Written from the perspective of a character who usually lacks depth (Lex Luthor), set in an AU compared to the source material (1920s America, with only Superman added as a superhero), and with a complex plot and characters who are at odds with one another, where afterwards you're not sure whether the ending was what you wanted or not. A must-read for anyone looking for serious, mature stories that don't end up causing darkness-induced apathy. The same author has also written some original fiction (Glimwarden is the better story, but Shadows of the Limelight is also worth reading).
Intoxication by nos tres reges - One-shot of a post-war Harry, and a look at how he develops. Very intense and well-written.
I've started just using a community to put them in. It's called "High-quality, completed stories" (I'm really surprised that name wasn't taken).
I'm /u/waylandertheslayer on reddit - it's another name for dakeyras, who's a character from David Gemmell's Drenai series - and use /r/narutofanfiction and to a lesser extent /r/hpfanfiction regularly.
