Author has written 3 stories for Dresden Files.

How do all!

I never really know what to write in these things but I guess you're here to learn a little more about me.

Well I have been writing for about 12 years now, mainly doing Sci-Fi and fantasy but there has been some role-play style writing involved to.

I got into writing because I like to be creative but also because I was diagnosed with dyslexia (ironic that I can spell the word I know). Sadly I wasn't given the help I was needed in high school so I decided to help myself. I didn't want to be one of those people who always say "I can't do it" so I worked hard with creative writing to help improve my work. Later on I was given extra help and with it my writing improved a little.

The current series I'm working on is in full swing. Based on The Dresden Files, they focus on my OC Gabriel Crane, a Warden of the White Council of Wizards stationed in London.

In chronological order:

Stange Places War of the Fallen

In progress:

Summer's End

Also in the pipelines

Broken Laws Time Saver Court Justice

Progress update - October 2016

The first 2 chapters of Awakening are live! As I've mentioned in the past this is the first piece of original work that I am putting out into the world under my name so I am very excited/nervous.

Head over to http : // www . inkitt . com /leighflaherty, give it a look and please let me know what you think; am I hitting the right mark? Am I describing too much too quickly? Constructive criticism is how we all learn and improve so thank you in advance and I hope you enjoy.

Summer's End is still lurking in the background. I'm about half way through the first chapter and this will continue to crawl on whenever I hit a wall with Awakening.

So I hope you all enjoy my work and please let me know what you think, good or bad, as it's all part of the creative process and it's the only way we can all improve.

Thanks for reading.
