Since the 16th of September, FanFiction has ceased to update my statistics. This means it no longer shows how many people visit/view my stories or profile. As far as FanFiction is concerned, I haven't had a single person read any of my stories since the 16th of September. Which I know isn't true because I do still get notifications people follow/favourite my stories, even comment on them. I have e-mailed FF multiple times, with as much information as I have, to notify them of this issue but have yet to receive any acknowledgement that they have even read my emails. It's disheartening. I always like to see the graph go up whenever I upload and keep track of which chapters people like to read most.
