Author has written 6 stories for Teen Titans, and Harry Potter.
I write for Teen Titans, and eventually you may see works of mine from Danny Phantom, Percy Jackson, and Harry Potter! Those are some of my favorite plot lines of all time, and the majority of what I enjoy writing is young romance, which they all have a TON OF!
So, I'm gonna really simplify things here!
Couplings I really really love! I'm only going to do the absolute main ones to risk any errors, especially in Teen titans as I really only know references from the TV show.
Kid Flash (Wally West) and Jinx: MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Their pairing is so versatile and natural to write with and I adore Wally West. They're my favorite to write, I love Jinx's stubbornness and watching her struggle with falling in love with Wally, and Wally's compassion and patience for her is only made sweeter by his rush to do everything else. Jinx is the only thing that can slow the Fastest Boy Alive.
Raven (Rae or even Rachel Roth) and Beast Boy (Garfield Logan): I feel like their differences just make their relationship so much more meaningful and raw and they bring out the qualities in each other that not everyone gets to see, like Raven's sweeter more vulnerable side, and BB's serious, insecure side. They balance each other very well and I enjoy how they're both stubborn but yield for the other's faults.
Robin (Dick/Richard Grayson) and Starfire (Koriand'r): I feel like this one is a given. You can't deny this romance. Not just because it was in the original Teen Titans plot, but because they were just so meant to be. Robin has been through so many hardships in his life, and I believe it is Starfire's innocence and her rawness that brings out that side of Robin that appears more nurturing and patient. He seems to yearn for her in a way no one else could, and they just appreciate each other so wholly.
Sam Manson and Danny Fenton (Danny Phantom): The obvious choice. Yes, I do like to combine Sam and Fenton's ship with Sam and Phantom's. I just feel like the personalities of Fenton and Phantom align well wherever Sam is concerned. She is protective of both, as Danny is protective of her no matter which form he takes.
Tucker and Valerie: Just a cute little background couple I really enjoy reading on here about. I actually don't have any particulars with Tucker's ships, besides him and Sam.
Percy Jackson: (For all you hardcore fans here, you know they combine the characters from Rick Riordan's spin-off/continuation Heroes of olympus with the original Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, so I will not specify, just name the characters)
Piper and Jason: I ADORED this romance when it first hit the shelves in The Lost Hero. With a rather raw and open heart after reading The Last Olympian, this new slightly off-kilter romance rang so perfectly with the new tone of Riordan's books. Albeit, their relationship is a tad complicated with Jason's memory loss and his very distant way of loving Piper, I do find their relationship the most interesting. Plus, I have a seriously soft spot for Jason.
Felix and Hazel: Gettin' controversial up in here! Another complicated romance (as their series is currently at its climax -CANNOT WAIT FOR BOOK FOUR), I find Felix's way of talking to Hazel quite sweet, and I'm a sucker for that underdog in the love triangle! And that extra fire between he and Frank (yes, awful pun intended) just makes it all the more interesting! And again, I play the role of the player of favorites, for I just think Felix is the cutest thing.
"If you love two people at the same time, pick the second one. Because if you really loved the first one, you wouldn't have fallen for the second." -Johnny Depp
Annabeth and Percy: Much like Robin and Starfire, this romance you cannot mess with! Not only were they written for each other in the series, I just think the way they balance each other and have been through so much that their relationship has matured. They aren't just young lovers, but they've been through so much and need each other to stand on. They understand and empathize with each other in a way no one else can.
Couplings I know only through fanfiction! (all teen titans)
Cheshire and Speedy: Again, I really LOVE the hero falling for the villain, that sort of taste of forbidden love. I haven't read too much of these characters, but they're definitely something I would look into a bit more.
Terra and Aqualad: I read one story about these two, and I was actually pleasantly surprised at how they seemed to mesh. I think Terra's vulnerability mixed with Aqualad's rakish side makes for a great dynamic.
Coupling(s) I am slightly at peace with!
Cyborg (Victor Stone) and Bumblebee (Karen Beecher-Duncan): I don't know... I mean, there was a bit of flirting there, but I don't know if it was enough to really build a ship. I DO NOT believe that people ship them because of their race. If Cyborg were to be shipped with someone, it would work best with Bee. Their fanfictions are kind of cute :)
Couplings I hate!
Beastboy and Terra: Why would you ever... Ugh! I very strongly disliked their relationship. Terra betrayed him in so many ways, and while I do believe that she would come back changed, I just don't think BB would trust her again in that same way.
Raven and Robin: I just never understood why people shipped these two. I feel like they're more close friends. Their bond serves better to keep them safe and keep them connected in emergency. In a romantic setting, it would almost seemed forced. Plus, while they are both dark, their personalities are entirely different. The reason dark is so misunderstood (Malchior reference) is because there are different kinds of darkness. Not all compatible.
Cyborg and Raven: WEIRD. The only evidence for this to make any sense to me exists in the episode where they all met, in that quiet morning on the Gordanian ship that Cyborg eases raven's worries about not fitting in and being "weird" or "creepy". But I always viewed that scene in a more platonic, brotherly fashion. For the sake of the plot that early in the series, it made sense for it to be Cyborg, as Starfire was still very uneducated in earthly emotions. Robin could not have done it because it would have been extremely out of character, as well as made an unnecessary bond that was clearly meant to be made with Starfire. Beastboy speaking with her would have drawn the attention away from Starfire and robin's chemistry (we all remember their first kiss that occurred so she could learn English). Logically, It made much more sense for Cyborg to give her this bit of wisdom, from a brotherly and (speaking from outside of the story as an author) strategic aspect.
Tucker and Sam: Like I said before, I do not approve of this ship at all. They were never intended romantically, and it just seemed desperate to ship them. They are simply a platonic pairing, mostly comical in their interactions.
Frank and Hazel: SO MUCH DISLIKE FOR FRANK. I just don't appreciate the way he feels this clear dominance and ownership over Hazel that he doesn't personify in anyway. I do not like his character in general, therefore this ship is very unappealing to me!
HARRY POTTER SECTION:
Warning to all hardcore fans: I have only read snippets of the books, but I have seen every movie, and every fan fiction you see from me concerning these characters will most likely be AU and only concern the characters Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger, as they are my favorite ship from the plot line. I apologize for anything that is OOC and mean no disrespect when I say I really do not wish to read the books despite everyone's pleaded and persistence. Just let me enjoy the Dramione.
THANK YOU! xoxo
I OWN NONE OF THESE CHARACTERS! THESE ARE SIMPLY MY THOUGHTS. YOU ARE ALL WELCOME TO YOUR OWN OPINIONS, I JUST THINK MOST OF THEM ARE WRONG! SORRY!
I CONTINUE TO OWN NOTHING
I AM ALWAYS OPEN TO CRITICISM IN MY REVIEWS, AND I WILL WARN EVERYONE THAT MY UPDATES WILL NOT BE ON A SCHEDULED BASIS FOR I AM STILL A DEVELOPING WRITER AND A STUDENT AND MY SCHEDULE IS THEREFORE VERY UNPREDICTABLE.
So much for simplifying things huh?
