Author has written 13 stories for Dragon Ball Z, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and Flash.
I've always been an avid reader, always a book in my hand or reading of my phone now. It tends to drive my family crazy at times but they still love me. In 2012 they showed a re-run of the DBZ episodes and the ten year old in me (even though I'm a decade older) sat down to watch the series every single afternoon without fail. I remembered as a child, growing up with my dad and three younger brothers, I never always got to watch chick flicks or princess movies so action really grew on me, as much as my annoying baby brothers did. ;-) Then I fell in love with Vegeta all over again (somehow, even as a child I liked bad boys) and I actually googled Bulma and Vegeta because I was thinking about the gaps in their lives and how much we didn't get to see. Lo and behold I stumbled upon the wonders of fanfiction and have silently read a lot of fics since then. I was still new to the world though and never had a profile back then.
In 2013 I experienced some personal strife - as we all do I'm sure - and one of my closest friends suggested I write down my feelings since I was always a good English student back in school. So I tried to get out my feelings in a BV fic and honestly it did wonders. So while I don't generally write because I'm this brilliant author or even striving to be one, but because of my love for reading and sometimes the need to express myself.
As I ventured out of the DBZ world I looked up Harry Potter. The other childhood habit that stuck with me right through out. Honestly, I still read the books till this day and whenever I can't find a decent movie to watch I go as far back as to the Philosopher's Stone. Yes, I am very strange. Since I've always been a staunch canon shipper I became engrossed in the Harry/Ginny part of the world. Later I realised my writing style didn't quite suit Harry and have now branched of into Draco/Ginny stories.
I love complicating, contradicting and complex male characters. I enjoy strong, independent females who can save themselves nine out of ten times. I have an affinity for dark fiction and I love to push the characters to the edge of their boundaries and sometimes beyond, exploring dark themes that they have to work past. Although I do like to keep away from OOC'ness, I can't forgo some canon incidents even though I prefer AUs. I used to shy away from a lot of aspects before but then I grew up and I realised that romance was not always rainbows and unicorns. :-) And while I do not , in anyway, condone rape or gratuitous violence, sometimes it is necessary for plot use.
I am a registered Beta and will be happy to look over any story that I am reading, interested in or asked to help on.
