Living in Death's Shadow:
Complete! For me, writing this story was like rewriting the Twilight Saga into a different version. I got to do everything I wanted to see in the books that I didn't. How good Jacob could have been as a boyfriend. I originally used different names for the main characters, (Isabelle and William,) because I liked the nickname Belle more than Bella, and I've never been fond of the name Edward. Once I finished the story though, I changed the names back to the originals. I got to see Isabella grow over time and actually respect the gift of humanity she has. I have an older Edward... and some adult content. Most importantly though; I got to write her as something more than human. The Isabella in this story is what gave me the prompt for my Protector stories.

Protector Stories:
I split this story into two, Edward's and Bella's. There are some events in some sides that aren't covered in the other to minimize unnecessary repetitiveness, but I've written each in a way to be read individually, so you don't actually have to read the other. The option is only there, so pick your poison.
