Hi, I'm Harumi on LJ. I would have tried to keep my LJ alias and my one the same, but unfortunately at the time of creating this profile I had never considered posting my writing in LJ too. By the time I thought to change my name it was already taken. Apologies if I have ever caused any confusion.

At this point, most of my writing is posted on my LJ, and my fics can be found through my tags and memories. It is a friends-locked journal, but for those who despair, note that all of my stories are made public for anyone to read and enjoy. I used to update that place more often, but nowadays I stick to here for my Natsume stories. Stories such as Hikaru's Phoenix, Capturing Hikachu, and others have additional chapters. You can also look in the Blind Go LJ community for my fics, which I have been too lazy to post here or on my own personal LJ even. Conversely, other fics, such as Returning to Meet Again or The Human Mask can only be found here.

The fandoms I'm in has increased and grown and then decreased over the years. At one point I wrote solely for Hikaru no Go. That has now changed, and I have also written for Natsume Yuujinchou, Mononoke (crossover), Seirei no Moribito and Zelda: Twilight Princess. It is my hope that I will be able to continue writing and updating regularly, but again, as I've stated above, you may be better off looking through my livejournal first.

For three years I'd worked full time as a high school assistant language teacher (JET) in Japan. Then I went back to the US for grad school, studying to become an even better English teacher. Now I am living in Singapore working as full-time lit teacher for middle and high schoolers. Unfortunately this means my schedule is tight, tight, tight. I have currently placed my more involved, longer stories on hiatus, simply because I cannot afford the commitment necessary in revising, editing, and discussing my fics.

At the moment I'm working on a vignette series for Natsume Yuujinchou. Vignettes are less work, and I am doing it unbeta'd. I strongly encourage those of you who have never heard of it to go out and either read the manga or watch the anime, it is completely worth it!

Reviews make me happy of course (it's a huge reason for why I write), but while I am greedy I am trying not to act entitled. Kind of. Maybe (please review pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease). Ahem. No really, I'm just happy that people bother to read my stories. Really. Really.

... Maybe if I keep telling myself this I will eventually learn not to be an entitled brat. Sorry.
