Hi! I'm nicknamewizard. I'm part of a multitude of fandoms, including Les Mis, Star Trek, SUPERWHOLOCK, Grease, Rent, and I don't even know what else. Usually, I just write whatever topic is eating at my brain until I fall asleep, which unfortunately often results in an odd facial tan caused by the harsh backlights of my computer screen, but hey, I hardly ever go out anyway, so it doesn't bother me all that much. My writing process is a little like blood-letting; I spill out a bunch in one drawn out waterfall and then I don't do it again for a while, until I can feel that itching in the back of my psyche, like a termite, or cockroach or something nasty like that. Hopefully, other internet peeps can enjoy the products of my fevered labors, because stories are much less rank than freshly spilt human blood (for the most part; with some notable exceptions).
In my opinion, this website needs to be broadened to include fandoms for hobbies and things like that. Like, I'd read the shit out of orchestra fanfiction. "The first violinist falls in love with one of the flute players, who happens to be the child of the conductor!" Oooooo. Got some sexy potential there. Maybe that belongs as its own story. Whatever. Another thing we need is fanfiction based off famous paintings or music; can you imagine the M-rated section for the Mona Lisa?? There's just so much genius in the world that begs fanfiction!
I could go on about how much I love this site and other similar ones; places where random people can publish their takes on popular (or even obscure) tales, entertain others, receive constructive criticism on a creative process! This is the free world at it's finest, baby! Free speech: how crazy, mind-blowing, spectacular, wonderful, magnificent, just plain freaking amazing!!! God I love fanfiction. Internet in general, is just, wow. Do you ever stop to think about how far humanity has come? We used to be so slow and unconnected, every day concerned with growing foooooooooooooood but now we have so much damn freedom it makes so happy I could just, gosh, I dunno, write a happy letter to everyone in Albion or something.
Well, now. So much happy here. Fanfiction=amazing shit, man. My greatest wish here now at this instantaneous moment is for all of you lovely people (and non-people, maybe, too, cause I don't want to exclude anyone) to stay happy.
Peace the eff out!!
