Author has written 38 stories for Harry Potter, and x-men.
Due to real life being a jerk and my most favorite grandmother in the hospital writing has been a slow-going thing for me lately. Sorry things haven't been updated. I am still writing, just not as much so updates will be slow. Thank you for continuing to read and enjoy my work, it's greatly appreciated.
I really loathe Ronald Weasley. I really, truly do. And you know, it's not even his fault. Well, not fully. If JKR hadn't paired Hermione with Ron I would probably just intensely dislike him. But the notion that he, Ron, the jealous, flaky, belligerent, ignorant, traitorous, slothlike friend could be a match for a brilliant and driven young woman like Hermione just makes me so incredibly mad.
As for Ginny Weasley...well I actually don't loathe her. I do pick on her in most of my stories but the truth is that I don't know enough about her to loathe her or hate her. She's a vanilla, two-dimensional character. JKR never really gives her time to shine. She's along as a sidekick and simply 'Ron's little sister' for the entire series, really. She's also a huge fangirl. Borderline stalker if I'm being honest.
Dumbledore is hard to forgive. He does alot of horrible things all for the "Greater Good" as he sees it. He doesn't ever get brought to task in canon for his crimes against Harry and Snape and he never shares the knowledge that Voldemort was in the making. He just keeps quiet even though the signs are obvious and in real life psychiatrists and law enforcement would be contacted and he would be watched carefully. He has his suspicions about Tom Riddle's crimes but again never tells anyone. He even knows who Voldemort is but says NOTHING about it to anyone. How many purebloods would have joined Tom Riddle if they knew that he was a half-blood? None.
I think the problem is that JKR was writing a children's book. She was writing a children's book about war, death, bigotry, and hatred. So she tamed everything down. So she taught lessons that I would never want my own children to hear:
...I really like Harry Potter. But books 5-7 were huge disappointments for me. I read them to see to the end. That epilogue was horrendous. Fortunately, I have a healthy imagination and the ability to write :D
