What if Dr. Strange was in the events of Birth By Sleep?:

After becoming the new Sorceror Supreme, Strange unintentionally ends up on the Land of Departure, where he winds up discovering there are a whole lot more worlds outside his own. When the worlds are threatened by a new threat called the Unversed, Steven Strange joins the three Keyblade Wielders, defending the light from the forces of Darkness. Will Dr. Strange sudden appearance be enough to stop Master Xehanort and save Ventus, Terra, and Aqua from their sad ends? (No romance planned except some minor Terra/Aqua and of course classic Disney couples. Maybe some additional worlds. Too early to tell. Up to whoever writes it. Me or whoever's interested.) Star Wars: War for Kingdom Hearts saga:

After the fall of the Empire, as the New Republic is starting its foundation, Luke senses a disturbance and a strong presence in the Force. He along with his closest friends travels to a world that has been untouched by the Galactic Civil War. Luke meets a young teenager named Sora, and the Force was strong with him. Deciding to take the boy on as an apprentice, things go crazy when the Heartless invade the Destiny Islands, and the boy is chosen by the Keyblade. Now, with the aid of Donald and Goofy, Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie, C-3PO, and R2-D2 travel to many undiscovered worlds to save them from the creatures born from the Dark Side and a new war begins against the newly formed Republic and the Seekers of Darkness. Will our heroes emerge trumpet and begin the new Jedi Order or will both the Jedi and the New Republic fall before it even gets a chance to rise? What if? Sora joined the Guardians of the Multiverse:

Seeing the threat of Xehanort would endanger the Multiverse, the Watcher reassembles the Guardians of the Multiverse: Captain Carter, Star-Lord T'Challa, Doctor Strange Supreme, Party Thor, Ultron Survivor Black Widow, and the newly recruited Zombie Hunter Spider-Man and Old Man Logan. The team learning of the dangerous threat of the Heartless, and the heroes from alternate timelines find and recruit Sora. They train the new Keyblade's Chosen from their own experiences to save the Multiverse from the alliance of villains and the Seekers of Darkness. Spider-Man: Gotham Knights

Batman, the Dark Knight of Gotham, the World's Greatest Detective, and founding member of the Justice League... is dead. In the past, Bruce Wayne and Peter Parker's paths have intertwined, the latter had even had close friendships with the former's pupils. Word of Caped Crusader's death reached New York while training his new pupil, Miles Morales. Knowing Gotham's crime rate would increase especially with Commissioner Gordon also gone, he and his ex-girlfriend Mary Jane Watson travel to Gotham to help Nightwing, Red Hood, Batgirl, and Robin to aid them as it's up to them to finish what Batman started as a new threat rise from the shadows. The grand conclusion to the Spider's Frozen Adventure trilogy. We all know the story of Peter and Elsa Parker. The two both had tragic pasts before meeting each other, fell in love, and eventually started a family together. But, what if they met under much more tragic circumstances? What if Elsa and Anna never knew each other? What if Norman Osborn survived? Journey to face the unknown as you ponder the question... What if? Spider-Man/Wolverine: Into the Disney-Verse

In a long overwhelming battle, the Green Goblin was long gone... or so everyone thought. Before he could meet his demise, Norman Osborn was yanked out of his universe, unintentionally saved by Syndrome, by pulling into his universe. Realizing the possibility of conquering universes, they join forces, mastering traversing through the multiverse using the Phoenix Force as a power source. A now weakened Jean Grey calls out to both Spider-Man and Wolverine for help, and now they're pulled into a crazy mission to rescue the long believed to be dead X-Man, and end the threat of Norman Osborn... once and for all. Kingdom Hearts: Gotham's War Over Sora

Gotham City is known to be the most crime-riddled city in the US, but it's also known for its protectors. When one of its protectors gets caught up stopping a simple art theft turns into a possible invasion of other worlds. Our hero has been captured the man a man called Thrawn, a high-ranking official of the Galactic Empire. The theft had been nothing but a test and it only requires one more thing to control all worlds through time and space. After breaking out with the aid of a Rebel by the name of Ezra Bridger, they discover that the final 'key' is a little boy named Sora. Now, while Ezra helps control the portals allowing the Empire to travel among worlds, this Gotham Knight must protect the boy, save the worlds and Gotham from a coming invasion, and figure out who's been aiding Thrawn. Will this one man be enough to stop a Galatic Empire from enslaving the universe or will he need backup? (Deciding if our hero should be Batman or Red Hood) (Batman/Kingdom Hearts)

Ultimate Spider-Man: Spidey against the Kingdom Hearts-Verse

Despite all the wins, despite his sacrifices, despite coming back from the dead, despite even handing over the title of Spider-Man to Miles Morales, it should have been over for Peter Parker and the love of his life, Mary Jane Watson, when their Earth collided with another Earth. Expect it wasn't, pulled from the very Earth prior to its destruction, they ended up on the Final World where they are guided to a whole new world where time is no longer certain. After meeting a mysterious cloaked figure, they come under care of a baby named Sora. Now, Spider-Man and MJ must traverse through worlds throughout time and space to find the perfect new home for their new family.
