Likes: Art, Gaming, Sleeping, Nicotine -Damnit!-.
Dislikes: Deadlines, trying to draw after going ages without doing it, standing still for hours, not having the skill to pull something off decently -see: my writing.-
Manga's/Anime: Naruto, SAO -Guilty pleasure, I wish they hadn't finished the first game, it was the one with real pull and potential and argh...-, Durararararararara... AOT, Mushi-shi -It's so underrated, soothing and the art is fantastic-, DB was great as a child -except DBGT-, Pokémon -RGB saga, brutal, nothing tells you childhood's over like a bisected Arbok, or zombie Psyduck...-, Rave Master, Monster Hunter Orage, One Piece and Good ol' Shaman King. I need to expand I suppose, most of these I only watched/read as a kid...
Naruto is all I'll ever write to be honest. I do have an idea for a Sword Art: Online fic, with Monster Hunter being the 'game' to play, it could be pleasantly brutal. Gonna have to wait for MH4U to expand my monster base though, I only ever played MHF2 and MHFU, which are basically the same game. The PTSD potential a Tigrex would bring to the poor sods facing one...
For a Brighter Future: Status: Dead.
First fic and probably more A/N than story. I was very new to FF when I began this and mistakes with honorifics and characterisation run riot in it. I've been pretty bad at killing off characters in it too. I mean, what's a story with 50% of the characters dead? I may continue it if I feel like it. I'll probably end up kicking myself over all the issues in it.
Shifts in the Rain: Status: Chap 2 posted, the exposition level in it is criminal.
It'll start with the young Ame orphans and go right into Shippuden, by the time I'm about 90. It'll be AU from the beginning. I love stories that start from the ground and build themselves up. For a Brighter Future was my first fic and I didn't really like having to rely on the way canon had already created relationships between characters for me to go off. Nope, definitely taking this in my own direction, whether that'll be any good or a disaster I guess we'll have to find out. Or not. I get so lazy when writing. It'll be in all English despite how useful the honorific system is at creating character's tones and building up interactions between them.I thought about using them alongside English jutsu but then that just seems half arsed. (I don't speak Japanese at all, never have. I like making my own jutsu but shoving a few words into a translator will probably create some sort of monstrosity against the language.)
