Hi. Mostly I'm here to just read stories. While I do wright some I would probably never publish nay of it. Others have done similar stories to what I have written and would write, and some of their stuff is actually well written;). But joke aside I don't usually get that far past writing down the basics of what I want to write before starting something else. That and sometimes don't even wright stories about something just about the items and powers from the work. Sometimes filling in blank spots, sometimes inconsistencies in the numbers like with the Gamer, or figuring out how would work in other systems.

I don't like jamming people together as couples that would never be because the don't get along or like each other like Harry Potter and Snape, Voldemort, Lucius Malfoy, Draco Malfoy. Even if its a alternative universe these pairing just rub me the wrong way. I also don't like some canon parings for the same reason like Ron and Hermione. A lot of times these pairings work about as well as Gravity Falls Waddles and Gompers that Mable tapes together.

Characters:

Harry Potter:

Severus Snape: He regrets that Lilly was killed, but not that James was and probably wished that Harry had been too. He probably would have swept in to comfort a grieving Lilly. He might have even asked Voldemort to spare Lilly as a reward for the information so he could do just that.

Albus Dumbledore: Senile or secretly evil.

Sybill Trelawney: Probably a fraud that made vague fake prophecies.

Fawkes: Probably tied to the school by the founders.

Harry Potter: Would probably be a good student if not held back by upbringing, and Ron.

Naruto:

Sasuke Uchiha: aka duck but, aka sucks gay. Should never been put on a team, because of obvious mental problems, and he's the last of his clan.

Sakura Haruno: Annoying fan girl. Never should have made it onto a team.

Kakashi Hatake: Lazy asshole never should have been made a team leader.

Team 7: Only one horrible mission before being put into the chunin exam even for a lesson was just plain stupid. They could have all been easily killed, and probably should have to if they hadn't had plot armor. The same with the other rookie teams. It also pushed the story ahead to fast. There should have been another three or four missions with team 7 at least before moving on.

I'll fix what I've written and add more latter when I'm more awake.

I gripe that I have is the old fallacy that people only use 10% of their brains. This is a misquoting of some one saying that human's don't make the most of their full potential. Brains use a lot of energy if it wasn't used we wouldn't have it. Human brains weighs in at 1300 to 1400 grams. 10% of the human brain would be 130 to 140 grams. A newborn human baby's brain weighs approximately 350 to 400 grams. A lot of the brain is dedicated to special functions like face recognition, image processing, sound processing, etc. It's like saying you only use the part of the car that you sit in, the steering wheel, and the petals and all of the rest is unused garbage. The engine, tires, gas tank, driveshaft, etc are useless because your not interacting with them, but without them the car is dead.

I think a Ghost in Shell Shadow Run cross over would be good. They are similar enough that I could see a cross over working well.
