This so perfectly describes the feeling of writing when the inspirational juices are really flowing. You're not creating the characters and their experiences, you're simply serving witness to it and recording it for the consideration of others.

Ah, so that explains why I don't load down tons of description in my stories. I've been absorbing his tales since I was 11 and apparently it has had an effect. Ha.

Okay, so I'm talking to my friend, the Dragon Man, about how I've been wishing for Jedi mind powers.

And here's his brilliant response:

"These are not the Laws we voted for..." she says with a gentle wave of her hand.

"These aren't the Laws they voted for!" is replied by Congress.

"You a* can't get your s* together and make ones that are sensible..." she continues, and again in unison the large group replies.

"We are stupid, and can never get things right!"

A wide smirk crosses her face, as a lobster-clawed man wearing a new suit walks in, followed by a bald gentleman in a wheel chair.

"I have replaced you all with those who will do good..."

The group stands in unison, as this mysterious woman waves her hand again, and everyone waits for her next order.

"...move along!"
