Real name: Grace (Don't stalk me)

UPDATED: 5/17/05

Finally, the much-anticipated (or not) update to my profile!

Dum, dun dun dun dun dun DUN!

Real age: 15! (GO ME!)Yes, I am in high school now...which soooo sucks, because now, I have to suffer through those damn midterms and finals...but hey, I get to drive by the end of this year! cheering

Birthday: The day after Christmas

Height: A pitiful 5' 1" I am so short! Oh, and to make things even worse, my doctor and I didn't even get the same height when I was measured! I think I'm officially 5', but the doctor got 5' 1" (Course I went for the taller one of course...)

Weight: 105 pounds. (Much to my great distress...I'm not supposed to be that light!)Oh, and scary fact here, I used to weigh 42 pounds in 6th grade.

Description: As you can tell, I'm very short and basically slender. (Not anorexic though. No way.) I have long black hair, which I plan on getting cut soon since it's getting a tad bit long, and dark brown eyes.

IM: IcyPrincess14 or xIllusionessx

Email: [email protected]

Fav. colors: I LOVE PURPLE. (don't ask) It is a cool color. Blue isn't so bad though...but ah, I digress...

I Love: SHOPPING! It's one of my true loves! (so far) I love wearing high heels. Mainly because of my extreme shortness_I love playing soccer, which may make me sound like a jock which I'm most definitely not because I can't play basketball or football if my life depended on it. But I do run hurdles for track! 300's and 100's, yay! Plus the 4 x 400...but whatever. Oh! And if you're looking for something fun to do, look no farther than ! Go to the flashflashrevolution game and play! It's insane mad fun. (Specially if you still have the sound on your computer...I accidentally deleted mine...trust me, it's possible!)

I love to eat pizza and yogurt and chocolate! I JUST DON'T CARE if it fattens me. Oh, and I also love strawberries...ever since camp...sighs Oh! Almost forgot (stupid brain is scrambled from all the midterm junk) that I also love make-up and watching movies! I also (way too many alsos here if you ask me) love to write poems and stories (only reason why I'm on this site), and I like to write emails to those who review me and make email author friends.

I Hate: I happen to not like cheerleaders all that much! I still don't get it! How can you guys run around waving pom poms and doing jumps and back flips? Like a dolphin? Sorry, I'm sure the ones who are reading my bio are the nice cheerleaders. Really, I'm very sorry if you are offended and happen to be a nice person.

I Absolutely Loathe: I loathe Valentines Day because it is basically a dumb holiday with pink and red hearts everywhere. I alsohatemosquitos, dumb superficial people, pickles, abusive people, and gym. I hate it when people get into a fight over no good reason. I also hate guys who get into the whole class P + P (playboy and porn) I hate stupid controlling manipulative people. And MATH! I. hate. math! And evil midterms! I also loathe girls who throw themselves at guys...show some self-respecting attitude! They should be chasing after you, not the other way around...

Special Things I do that Weird Others Out

I like to read.

I believe geeks make the best boyfriends.

I am the only one in our whole hallway decorating my locker.

I've decorated my flute case with white out daisies.

I am practically blind without my glasses (Take the time when I saw my Mom and called out, "Hey Grandpa!" Mom wasn't too happy...)

I think I'm going deaf too.

I like chocolate colored nail polish.

I like to eat lip gloss sometimes.

I like Lemon and Grape Jolly Ranchers.

I snore.

I read Readers Digest.

I love fire.

I play both the flute and percussion (No, not the snare drum or anything that major, sadly enough. Nope, don't have enough experience. All I do is play cymbals, bass drum, triangle woohoo, chimes, and xylophone.)

I can eat a whole quart of ice cream, by myself, in half an hour, and not gain any pounds.

I never gain any weight...it sucks having a fast metabolism.

I wear tank tops and skirts in the winter. (Yea, I know, I'm weird. Someday...I'll be freezing my butt off and cursing the stupidness of myself for wearing summer clothes in winter.)

I kick my locker to get it to open.

I love gel pens and decorating random things with my gel pens. (Take, for instance, my calculator...my TI-84 Silver Edition Plus...which now has a black and pink theme going on now_)

Oh, and I talk to myself...(every now and then though!)

I run hurdles. I'm 5' 1". I must be insane...

I love the Phantom of the Opera! (Excellent book and movie and cd)

I'd add more but I've forgotten my other weirder traits. I'll put them on here soon as I remember them again!

The Stories/Stuff I like to Read

I like reading stories on fanfiction and fictionpress where the heroines are strong characters...I especially like the story False Facade on fictionpress. If you haven't read it I recommend it. _ I also like stories where there are new twists to old cliches.

I love reading fantasy stories, see above examples if you don't believe me, and stories about strong female characters who love making sarcastic comments. I also like reading stories that have a good sense of humor in them. No humor? Tough luck, I'm not reading it. The story has to make me laugh...

List for the Bookworm Dummy

(I'm the biggest bookworm dummy of them all. _)

The Great and Terrible Beauty:I took Pixy-Dizzy's advice and I read this one book called The Great and Terrible Beauty...which is a truly awesome book. If you are looking for something with mystery, romance, strong rebel heroine character, magic, fantasy, murder, runes, secrets, and humor, then this is the book for you.

Marianne Curley (in general): Okay, and there's this one trilogy I especially want to showcase by Marianne Curley. The series iscalled the Guardians of Time series (It includes the book The Named and The Dark, and the third one, The Key,should be coming outthis year. Times vary though. If you live in Austrailia, you are one damned lucky person cuz the book is coming out in Febuary_ Tell me how it is alright? For all of us in the U.S, the book is coming out in July...I think...maybe it's June? Ah well, I'll check later.)Seriously, just go and check out her books. They are super good! Oh, and she also wrote the book Old Magic. Now, that is one good piece of literature. Looking for intrique, humor, humiliation, insane plot twists, cool old grannies, magic, medieval history, tales of valor and good ole chivalry? Look no further than this book. Trust me, it's awesome. I couldn't put it down...

The Lord of the Rings: I'm not a fanatic or anything, I'll admit it,cuz I'm definitely not as into it as my best friend Marie. She is obsessed. She has gotten to the point where she haslearned to speak Elvish andSyndarin, and well, I'm definitely not that diligent to figure out what the pretty scribblings mean!

Books by Lurlene McDaniel: Just make sure you don't read too many of her books or you'll get all depressed and know waaay too many diseases for your own good.

Harry Potter: Need I say anything about this? Most everyone knows what this book series is about...

Meg Cabot: Okay, she is a really good writer. She has also written several things under the name of Patricia Cabot, such as the Lady of Skye, but uh, I wouldn't recommend it to the younger readers reading my prof. Someday you'll see what I mean...muahahahaha! Anyways, most of the books under the name of Meg Cabot are safe...cept for She Went All the Way. Now, that, kids is not something you should be reading. Meg Cabot has a very creative and humorous way of telling her stories! Anyways, she has written some really good series such as:

The Mediator Series (Definitely a must read. Even better - she's just had them reprinted, so go buy a copy today!)

The 1-800 Where Are You Series (Another must. It's interesting, and the storyline is very gripping.)

Girl, 15, Charming But Insane: LOVE THIS BOOK! I cannot tell you with normal words how awesome this is! Wanna read about a girl, 15, who's a charming, but insane comediane who has to deal with a blonde best friend who's freakishly perfect and comes from a family so blonde that their house and dog are also blonde. Read it. I guarantee you'll love it, and if you don't, email me...I gave you my email for a reason you know_

The Forbidden Games Series: Again, it's another must-read. Unfortunately, this one is out of printing ( I think) and must be specially ordered...or bought off of Ebay! The Prince of Darkness (Julian. Has white-blonde hair and vivid electric blue eyes) has seen Jenny Thornton...and has fallen in love.

He loves her so much, in fact, that he leaves his Shadow World to go after her and her friends. Problem is, Jenny doesn't want anything to do with him, because he is the epitome of all evil. So, she resists and he makes them play his games...games where they'll die if they lose...games where Julian can drag Jenny down to hell for all eternity if she loses.

Tale of Two Cities: ARGH! Why did he have to die at the end? (For those of you who have read this, you'll know who I'm talking about...) Seriously, this is an interesting, good book, and I absolutely love Sydney Carton! (He's the most fascinating person in the book - honestly. He's drunk most of the time and he still outthinks everyone!)

Phantom of the Opera: Looking for a bit of ghost story, romance, history, drama, angst, and gothic horror story? Look no further than here; this book is wonderful, and it's so suspenseful that you won't be able to put it down...well, at least not for the ordinary distractions (i.e. little sister)

Favorite Poems/Poets/Such

Emily Dickinson: She is a humongous inspiration...and her poems are so whimsical, so other-worldly...gah! I'm blabbing! Ahem, moving on.

Sarah Teasdale: Beautiful poems...

Edgar Allen Poe: Annabel Lee. The Raven. Need I say more?

What I've Been Listening To

Evanescene: Love all her songs. She needs to get a new cd out soon...

All American Rejects: Really good songs

Christina Anguilera: (Her songs rock. She's not exactly the best role model though...but she's really trying...okay, not really.)

Fefe Dobbson

New Found Glory ROCKS! I love their cd Catalyst

Yellowcard: Need I say more?I'm officially addicted to the 'Life of a Traveling Salesman' song. _ Alrighty, I'm finished with my mindless ramblings about Yellowcard.

BILLY TALENT ROCKS! River Below and the Ex. Those are the best! They belong on my list!

The Killers is super awesome too! I just got their cd recently, and well, let me tell you, that singer is V. HOT! And then, there's the song by Seether and Evanescene that I absolutely love!

Nightwish is a really good band too! I love their Phantom of the Opera song...and I think that Century Wish is probably their best cd. Email me if you disagree.

Finally, there is GREENDAY! Yea, their songs are awesome to listen to, and I never get sick of listening to them over and over again.

The Used: Love their songs…but they seem to sound like any other alternative rock band sometimes…it’s getting hard to tell them apart.

Sum 41: They sound like the Used at times (I can just see the horrified looks The Used fans are shooting me now…)

My Chemical Romance: Need I say anymore?

Papa Roach: Scars must be the most beautiful song ever.

Hot Hot Heat: Goodnight, Goodnight….such an awesome song…and I have their cd...life is so good.

Breaking Benjamin!

Phantom of the Opera cd: Wow...I absolutely love the overture...and well, the Wishing You Were Here Again song, and um, the All I Ask of You song, lol. Beautiful music, but if you're not the open-minded sort of person to music, well, don't listen to this.

I can't remember any other favorite bands right now (my brain's fried from biology research projects!) so I'll add more bands as I go along!

Random Pieces of Advice
