I write stories.
Where to begin... again. Okay, I'm not the best writer, but I'm not the worst. Kinda like my semi-motto: "It takes a certain something to notice a lack of that something." You decipher it.
I'm for all sorts of romances, and the occasional slash pairings. I'm not very keen on action-based plots, and I'm quite drama/angst-savvy. My romance stories tend to be very sappy, so beware. My current rage is Junjou Romantica, but I still hold a strong place in my heart for Sailormoon, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, and Loveless. I love CLAMP, Yun Kouga, and Maki Murakami.
I am a strong believer in ACTUAL shortstory-writing. A few sentences does not comprise a chapter. Two paragraphs is not a chapter, and two sentences is NOT a paragraph. A chapter should be at least 3 pages long with no double-spacing and less than 40% speech. If you're primary language is English, WRITE IN ENGLISH! Stop adding in stupid little Japanese words 'cause you think it's cute! Putting "demo", "ne?" "nani" "kawaii" "sugoi" "baka" and "kuso" does not make you an anime character nor does it make you Japanese, so stop trying! You sound retarded! Keep your characters IN character. If you plan to write them OOC, put a goddamn warning somewhere! And for godsake, please don't put "Read inside for summary" on the summary part. I can tell you, I've never clicked on a story that said that. Give me a story description, and if I deem it interesting enough, I'll read it. A story shouldn't be more than 30 chapters, so please tone it down. No concept is THAT interesting. And I must say, I wish there was a rule on FF.net somewhere that bans crackfics and drabbles, 'cause I swear they're the most useless fics on the site.
