Yo, you can call me Aelmellin. I am an aspiring writer who unfortunately spends most of my time at my actual job or one of my other minor jobs just making ends meet. I am the type of writer to plan out every little bullet point and plot twist before putting anything to paper so that everything works together and makes sense. At least per Arc anyway.

And If someone helps me come up with something awesome mid way through? Then it is worth rewriting the earlier chapters to make it all flow better. Of course this means that by the time I finally feel ready to release a story, I've come up with a dozen ideas for another and have to decide which to focus on. Which, while good for a cohesive story, sucks when your computer that you have it all saved on crashes before you can actually post anything

Still, writing is worth it and so I will keep on keeping on. And no, I still don't have a working computer. But I do have a phone I am learning to use to write with so bear with my delays please. Here is a quick cheat sheet to help you understand my likes and thoughts. If you don't like it, then good luck finding someone you will like.

Top Three Favorite Anime:

1. Ranma 1/2

( What can I say, I'm old school and like the fact the protagonist actually works for his power ups, add in the fact they didn't go too far in the power creep and I'm sold)

2. One Piece

( Gotta say, I love the characters and the fact that Goda never forgets)

3. Knight and Magic

( Heck, the very fact that they have a hard magic system to justify everything they use to build Renaissance style Gundam and make it work is enough in my books. So long as an author has limits to work within, the more clever they have to be to keep it interesting. )

Top Three Favorite Manga / Manwha:

1. Tale of Demons and God's

( A really well built world and well defined and acceptably fleshed our characters in a ' justified ' power system? Yes please )

2. My Hero Academia

( What can I say, izuku is a character I can get behind and support! and the world itself and plot lines just draw you in )

3. The Gamer ( Its wish fulfillment. that's all I can say. I mean, who the heck WOULDN'T want to be like an actual game character? )

Top Three Favorite Book Series

1.The Wheel of Time

( Well thought out and checkovs boomerangs from end to end )

2. The Sword of Truth

( Despite how preachy it becomes, it is clever and I agree with its position on taking responsibility for your own circumstances )

3. The Mistborn Series

( Oh my word, the power system is brilliant. I cannot help but love the thought put into any of Sandersons power systems )

Top Three Disliked Anime

1. Neon Genesis Evangelion

( Seriously??? That was a bull ending! why would you make such an interesting set up and then decide to mindscrew the audience like that??? )

2. Elfen Lied

( Oh bloody 'ell. seriously? mind screw and pointless gore? yeah, no thanks)

3. Blue Gender

( I admit I don't remember it very well other than it was a giant excuse to give a preachy ' how dare you ' at the very end. Yeah, no. I prefer to learn my lessons in a clever and not ham fisted manner thank you. )

Top Three Disliked Manga / Manwha

1. Death Note

( Main character is a villian? You lost me right there. )

2. Uzumaki

( Horror? Yeah, not my style. I avoid it like the plague. )

3. High School of the Dead

( The whole point seems to be about pushing out gore and ecchi. Once again, not my style. I heavily prefer an underdog raising himself above his given position. Not pull the world down and reign among the ruins. ) ( And yes, I realize the series is probably more than that but it's just not to my taste )

An option I intend to use in my titles to better explain the intents and goals i will be using with the story.

SI - Self Insert (obviously) ;)

AU - Alternate Universe ( major changes to the Canon world though still primarily that same world. such as inverting the gender dynamic so women are in charge of everything but still being the same world. things like that.)

DU - Divergent Universe ( minor changes to the Canon world, barely any change as a result. such as a characters job being different so that the minor alteration would start building up other changes and eventually the direction of the plotline itself during the story but not before its actual start.)

DC - Displaced Character ( wherein a Character from one Universe finds themselves displaced into another universe or With another character. preferably still from another universe.)

AC - Alternate Character ( either replacing the character entirely or making such a change to them that they Essentially become an entirely different person compared to the Original.)

RP - Replaced Plot ( used when the author so completely despises the original direction that the story was going that they completely throw out the script and write their own instead.)

PPTL - Plot Point Time Line ( a document where I can just post future plot points and expected or planned events for upcoming arcs. this way if anything breaks, then at least the site will keep it for me. and hey, if a reader wants to get ahead and see what the plan is? then that's a choice they can make. )
