My Hero Academia: Izuku is born with High Spec quirk and will still inherit One for All from All Might but much earlier, giving him immense intelligence and physical abilities along with other quirks within One for All. Get rid of the lifespan weakness of One for All. Katsuki would remain friends with Izuku as he views High Spec to be a very useful quirk.
