Author has written 10 stories for Thunderbirds, Transformers, and Flashpoint.
I'm a spunky girl who is in her early 20's and I currently live in Illinois. Yep, that's me to the left there. Some of you may recognize the hunky guy in the picture with me ;) That's Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys. I had the pleasure of fulfilling a dream in Febuary of 2012. I got to meet him, talk to him, and of course listen to him sing! He's such a sweetheart, so caring, and genuine. Best day of my life.
I enjoy writing a lot. It's a great stress reliever!! Trust me! When everything else seems to be going wrong in your life writing seems to fix it. I've been writing for about nine years now on and off. Some has been small work and some I'm still working on. Like any writer on this site - my writing has improved over the years. I look at some of my earlier stories and cringe a little lol. My goal is to go back and review all of them and make them better.
September 10th is my lucky day. I'm sure you know why.
I'm working on a career in Meteorology. I love weather and always have since I was a kid. It leaves the mind to wander and question what makes it work. I'm helping out at our local National Weather Service. It's strickly a volunteer basis, but it will give me lots of training and a foot in the business. It's all about who you know. I finished my training to be a weather spotter over 4 years ago! Quite an accomplishment for someone my age it seems (or so I'm told). Very exciting. So if I see a tornado I get to report it. That would be amazing but scary at the same time. I want to see one in my lifetime though.
I'm also quite a stargazer. I love astronomy and the stars. I simply can't get enough. I guess it's safe to say that I'm always looking up at the sky - day or night. I look for exciting weather during the day and relax at night by gazing at the dark beautiful sky. Nothing is more beautiful than what our own planet has to offer.
I'm living life to the fullest and not turning back. Tomorrow is never promised. In light of recent events in my life I've learned that indeed everything happens for a reason. The true test is how you react to life's challenges. I'm following my dream and not letting anyone else keep me from it. I'm happy and I'm gonna try my hardest to keep it that way. No one says it will be easy, but I'm sure gonna try. I'm stubborn and determined, kinda like my Tracy boys.
Here's a little motto I find myself following now-a-days. It just came to me one day and my friends seem to love me for these little words of wisdom you could say:
Life's not about what you put into it, but what you take out of it. No one said it was fair, but it's a jungle and we're all struggling to survive. Some just do it better than others and the rest...well we do what we do best. One day at a time.
If you ever need to reach me just PM me here on the site, email me... and if you haven't checked out my website please do so. It is a work in progress but I hope to make it wonderful someday. You can also follow me via twitter if you'd like:
That's me. Take care everyone :)
luv and peace,

Hi all! I know some of you have been looking for me for a while and are wondering when I'll be getting back to finishing my story, Always The Hero. Over the past year and a half I've dealt with health scares, a surgery to help said heath problems, and general life and huge family problems. Life has just gotten in the way. This week was the first time I've been able to pick up a notebook and write/brainstorm. That being said, I'm hoping to have new chapters to ATH out and maybe new stories out soon. Thank you to those who have been messaging me and showing support. Life is always unpredictable and seems to always throw you something just when you think you've landed on your feet.
Another year has come and gone. 8 years of writing on the site and many more before that. Life isn't what I thought it would be at 22 but it isn't the worst either. I'm working 3 jobs, which means I have no life. Working my butt off and spending my free time with family or sleeping. I try to get writing in when I can but I assure you it isn't easy. I hate that writing is taking a back seat in my life right now but I promise you guys I'm not staying away. I won't leave a story unfinished. I will update when and where I can. Just depends on my exhaustion level. It varies every single day lol. God Bless!
Well life has been interesting for me over the last month and a half. I've been better, just hoping for the best in life. I'm enduring some nasty writers block, but I promise more will be posted soon. I think I just need to clear the fog in my head and let myself heal mentally, physically, and in my heart. Everything happens for a reason right??...
Well folks, we're into a new year and so far this one has started out WAY better than last year. Life is the usual - busy, busy. I hope to have another chapter out very soon for ATH. I've started the next chapter and just have a few pieces to edit and she should be ready. Happy V-day to everyone and Happy 7th year anniversary to me on the site haha!!
Just posted Worth The Risk. It's the sequel to Take My Breath Away and includes family reactions as requested to Alan's accident. I hope you enjoy it. Battling some writers block with ATH, but I hope to have another chapter up soon. Working two jobs has put a damper in my writing time.
Life has been very interesting of late. Always The Hero is coming along nicely and I should have another chapter posted soon. I know you all are chomping at the bit for me and sorry for the delay. I've been doing more soul searching lately and I must say I definitely feel at peace. I guess going out and meeting some new people can do that. It has revived me lol. I hope to have the next bit for Take My Breath Away that you've asked for started soon. Not sure if I will add another chapter or make a sequel. We shall see. Thanks for all the support. What would an author do without her loyal followers? Love you all!!!
Just posted a new one-shot called Take My Breath Away. I hope the readers enjoy it. Been a busy summer. It seems all of you are enjoying Always The Hero and that makes me a very happy writer.
Well Always The Hero is going along quite smoothly. I'm loving all the reviews and support I'm getting!!! Summer just started and I'm hoping to have some fun this summer. We'll see where my plans land me. Right now all I got is work, work , work, work and...more work, lol.
Well, I was just looking and I've realized that I have been on the site a little over six years now. Hard to believe. Time has flown by. I just posted Always The Hero for Thunderbirds. I hope you like what I have instore for everyone. It will be a multi-chapter story. Lots of Tracy angst, especially for Alan.
Well I'm doing better and I've got a better outlook on life now considering what has happened to me over the last month. I'm recently single and actually enjoying it. I won't lie and say it's easy considering I was engaged for the better part of almost two years and dedicated myself to the one who I thought was my true love, but I'm better off. Anyone who cheats on you and tries to bring you down isn't the one. We woman deserve so much better. Never doubt yourself, no matter what someone tells you. Even if it's the one you trust most. We are strong creatures and have so much potential. Your dreams are important, don't let them die to the side because you think its important to further someone elses. If you do, a part of you dies with them. Please respect yourself.
I've been writing a lot over all this and I must say I'm excited about my work. Hope to have something out very soon. Thanks to everyone whose been there. The fanfiction community is one of the best and you all are like family to me. Love you all!!
