Author has written 14 stories for Thunderbirds, Transformers, and Flashpoint.
Writing has proven to be a great stress reliever. In my experience, sometimes it is all you have left! I've been writing for about fourteen years now on and off. Some has been small work and some I'm still working on. Like any writer on this site - my writing has improved over the years. I look at some of my earlier stories and cringe a little lol. My goal is to go back and review all of them and make them better.
I'm working on a career in Meteorology. I love weather and always have since I was a kid. It leaves the mind to wander and question what makes it work. I'm helping out at our local National Weather Service. It's strickly a volunteer basis, but it will give me lots of training and a foot in the business. It's all about who you know.
I'm also quite a stargazer. I love astronomy and the stars. I simply can't get enough. I guess it's safe to say that I'm always looking up at the sky - day or night. I look for exciting weather during the day and relax at night by gazing at the dark beautiful sky. Nothing is more beautiful than what our own planet has to offer.
I'm living life to the fullest and not turning back. Tomorrow is never promised. In light of recent events in my life I've learned that indeed everything happens for a reason. The true test is how you react to life's challenges. I'm following my dream and not letting anyone else keep me from it. I'm happy and I'm gonna try my hardest to keep it that way. No one says it will be easy, but I'm sure gonna try. I'm stubborn and determined, kinda like my Tracy boys.
Here's a little motto I find myself following now-a-days. It just came to me one day and my friends seem to love me for these little words of wisdom you could say:
Life's not about what you put into it, but what you take out of it. No one said it was fair, but it's a jungle and we're all struggling to survive. Some just do it better than others and the rest...well we do what we do best. One day at a time.
