Author has written 9 stories for Hellsing, and Mass Effect.
Much as I wish I could say I'm back for good, this is more to say I'm still breathing.
Life's still been seriously busy. Not the same as it's been the last few months, though. A whole new, far different, and harder to work through form. My attention is mostly focused on that, with my downtime set aside to work on other projects with a dear friend of mine.
I'm working on ideas, though. Things I can do to speed up the process so that when I have time I can actually sit down and work. I do not know when those plans will come to fruition, though, as my schedule has changes three times in the last week, and I expect it to change another five times in the next week and a half.
For those who want to know more from the story side how things are, here's something for you:
Mass Effect: Story development continues. Once I get my setup complete (based more on time than resources), that will be the first project put back on the burner. I don't want to make a promise I can't keep, but the rough sketch is this:
First: Complete Pilgrim's Path, including some revision to the early chapters.
Hellsing: It's been asked about, so I'll go into my ideas here. Looking back through these stories, I see a lot I could do better. I have other ideas I want to try, and I'd like to set myself up better to expand on them. So, my plans are to go through and rewrite all four currently posted. Three will be completely revised, as it's the weakest of the series due to a poorly executed plot. Could I fix it? Maybe, but I'd rather change it to something I'll enjoy writing. Matt will also get a refresh, so he should be more... realistic than bouncy. Plans are in progress, but are promising.
So, once again, I AM, in fact, alive. I don't know when I'll have anything new posted, I'm afraid, but I WILL get something up when I can.
Until then, folks.
