UPDATE:

2020 can still go fuck itself, life can also also go fuck itself, and I've discovered that playing games for months on end is a fantastic way to avoid dealing with anxiety and mental health issues. If you stay up for 48 hours straight gaming, you have neither the time nor the energy to actually address your issues. Imagine that! (Disclaimer: 'twas said in jest, please don't smite me.)

But I have managed to write an entire chapter, so maybe I'm totally a lost cause? learn something new every day.

Currently trying to get back into writing, but my brain has 99 problems and they're all a bitch.

Please be patient, please don't be a wanker, and please take note of the fact that we're in a pandemic and take the appropriate measures. I would like to be able to go somewhere other than home or work sometime in the next decade.

As it is, I'm afraid that all readers must reside on the same level, and simply wait for the next installment to be released. I won't indulge these particular curiosities, unfortunately.

[Harry Potter x Katekyo Hitman Reborn reincarnation crossover fic: In progress]

Harry Potter characters end up in the bodies of certain characters from Reborn and take over the world for themselves. Poor Reborn doesn’t understand why he isn’t the cause of chaos anymore. Vongola has no idea until it’s too late.

Not going to spoil the plot and who’s who, but the series is more of a drabble one at the moment as I can’t figure out how to otherwise order the chapters, so they’ll probably be anywhere from 500-1500 words each until I can figure out how to structure them. I won’t be posting it until I’ve revealed a couple of the reincarnations, and I want to write more chaos for Reborn lol

[Harry Potter time travel fic 1: just idea]

Harry and Luna, the platonic soulmates, end up back in the past. What else is there to do but cause havoc? And search for the elusive Crumple-Horned Snorkack, of course.

This idea came to me when I thought about how there are so many romantic soulmate stories – one of mine included – but no-one ever seems to aspire to having a platonic soulmate. I also thought about how everyone agrees that Harry and Luna’s friendship deserves to be shipped at the very least, so I decided to match them up as friends. And cause trouble, because I think Luna in general, and a Harry who’s decided not to care, could be utterly hilarious together.

Not writing it yet, but let me know what you think.

[Harry Potter and Why do I have a marriage contract?: just idea]

Harry finds out he has to marry Daphne Greengrass – problem is, he’s already in a relationship and so’s she. The solution includes multiple wives, but is anyone really happy about it?

I find the idea that Harry marries a bunch of women and suddenly becomes a sort-of Casanova-cum-sex god to be ludicrous. This is the boy who described his first kiss as ‘wet’, and tried to say that nice skin was a reason to be with someone. I love Harry, but his emotional maturity wasn’t exactly his strong point.

This story has the cliché multiple wives scenario, but it isn’t the happily ever after, even if they do end up happy – just not how they thought. Harry remains faithful to his partner, yet still fulfils the contract. He just happens to make use of his saving people thing in a slightly different way this time.

Haven’t even started it, but let me know your thoughts.

[Harry Potter time travel fic 2: In progress]

(Yes, another time travel plot idea. I read way too many of these hence I have too many ideas.) Harry wakes up in the body of someone who didn't originally exist in his world and promptly hates his new life - as a Gaunt. He lands right in the middle of a horrible moment and quickly has to save a very young Merope before escaping.

A kind of dark Harry - with some probably controversial and cynical opinions concerning his past life (canon) - ends up about a century in the past as a member of the worst family possible, before he promptly decides to take charge as per usual. Will actually be a Harry x Newt fic eventually.

I've only got a couple of chapters done but it's being written. I originally got the idea from another of my 'A Different Kind of Magic' chapters, the Harry x Arcturus one (which I may also expand on in the future.)

So many ideas, so little time to write.
