Pizza addict from Italy with a way too serious addiction to Tv series.
Even if we absolutely love our life, I think we all need somewhere to escape sometimes, and my favorite shows help me do it.
So some days I leave my world and enter the world of a brooding archer with a dark past, of his bodyguard/black driver/best friend, and of a blonde IT girl with no brain-to-mouth filter, a heart of gold and an inner steel that makes her kick ass without physically kicking ass.
I travel to the sunny Los Angeles and I laugh and cry and scream of frustration and happiness because of a Special Agent and an LAPD Detective: two idiots too afraid of their feelings, one the complete opposite of the other, but that somehow totally make sense together.
I take the train to an unknown city and follow the adventures of five girls, all the same but all different. I see a mother trying her best to protect her daughter, an adorable scientist whose sexuality is the least interesting thing about her, an evil corporation manager with an obsession with staring outside big windows, a soccer mom who tries her best to live an ordinary life but always manages to eff everything up, an Ukrainian killer with the innocence of a child who loves nothing more than food and her sestra. I see human tails being cut off, glue guns used in unusual ways, concealing of bodies becoming the best way to fix a marriage, a little girl who is at the same time the cutest and creepiest child ever, but most of all I see an actress so good that she makes you believe she has at least eight twins, and I scream of rage when the magic she creates receives almost zero recognition.
And when I feel really sad, or I really need to run away from my reality, then I take refuge in my classic and favorite universe. But I don't need to talk about it, because Buffy and the Scooby gang need no introduction or explanation.

This is me: don't give me perfect, fearless characters. Give me complex characters: strong, funny, badass, smart, but also interesting, sensitive, afraid, flawed. Human.
