![]() Author has written 8 stories for How to Train Your Dragon, and Frozen. So... I should put some info about me... where to begin? Well, my name is warorpeace (it is pronounced the way it is written). I came up with that name when creating a PSN profile a while ago and it sort of stuck with me. I'm a whovian (hope everyone knows what that is), a very big fan of Star Wars, and recently became a fan of marvel due to a friend. What do I like: I'm a huge fan of animation movies, and almost idolize both How To Train Your Dragon and Frozen. Reading fanfictions in these universes sort of became a second world to me. Because of that, I never missed an animated movie coming from Pixar, Dreamworks or Disney, and some other minor studios I've found searching for this kind of movie. I also like videogames and play the piano. What do I read: I first came across fanfiction when doing some research about How To Train Your Dragon. This happened when when I was watching the second season (Defenders of Berk), and I've been reading fanfictions from that universe since then. recently I added frozen to the list of fics I read, and ocasionally the Big Four. I used to be only a reader, until some authors whose work I found, and still find, both insipiring and flawless gave me enough confidence. They happen to be R2-M0, a great Frozen fanfiction writer, Sandfire Kat, an author that made one of the best HTTYD trilogy fanfiction, The Deadly Nadder, who did some amazing HTTYD fanfiction, most of them being a different idea from what most people use, Cke1st, whose works are a bless to this fandom, and her personally enchating to anyone who talks with her, LadybugTamer, who wrote amazing Frozen fics, and is writing now her own original story, fanfictionmakermachine, whose crossovers are great to read (HTTYDXFrozen), SpicedGold, whose stories are simply amazing, and whose personality is hard to not fall for it, and Wordmangler, whose more mature take on the MVA and Frozen fandoms is a welcoming breathe of freash air. ok... back to me I guess. I like chatting with people (and due to some life experiences, helping whenever I can). and I like to give constructive criticism (or an enormous praise) to any story I read, whenever my brain decides to work on one. English isn't my main language, so I think as a beta-reader I wouldn't fare well. I like fanfics that work on 'what if' moments and build a world out of it, or that manages to build a world of it own, even if they use an already used idea (Like Hiccup runaway fics). i take a special liking to stories that give a focus to an unusual event or idea, but also like those that choose a common start point. (like Hiccup ruins away fanfics or Hiccup has a friend fanfics). I'd love to help anyone in writting a fanfiction (At least giving ideas, i'm not so sure about grammar correction). My works, which began a thirteen months ago (as of August 2015) include How To Become a Dragon Chief, a HTTYD story which gives a new look at what would have happened if Heather had been Hiccup's friend, among some other changes, How To Let It Go, a crossover between HTTYD and Frozen, beginning with a Hiccup runaway fic and continuing with a look at what would have happened if he had met Elsa only a few years after her first outburst. Works-in-progress that were halted include Hurtful Words, a Two-shot I had been doing with Kate Carpenter until she disappeared due to complications; Searching For Echoes of the Past, a Hiccup runaway fics mixing both movies, and some book elements, I had been doing with Scorpion6955 until she had to withdraw from fanfiction due to school obligations. Future works include Healing Holidays, a sequel to Opening the Doors, a fiction by SpicedGold; a Hiccelsa story with fanfictionmakermachine, and perhaps, a rebirth of Echoes. Recommended authors are: R2-M0, Sandfire Kat, SpicedGold, E-Wills (particularly for Hiccstrid lovers), Wordmangler, Cke1st, Yodaime Namizake, IAmTheBrovahkiin, LadybugTamer, AncientDoom (for Star Wars fics. Seriously, this guy is amazing), The Deadly Nadder, A Single Cup, fanficionmakermachine and Cottonmouth25. There are so many more out there, but these are the ones that struck me deeply If you have any questions, feel free to PM me, or send an email to: [email protected] And that's all folks! http:///lyndallbosch#!SilverStar.jpg/zoom/c1eu0/i85mp http:///lyndallbosch#!windwalker.jpg/zoom/c1eu0/image_1c23 Updated on October 12th, 2015. Update June 2018: So a fellow reader advised I should do an update regarding the current status of my stories. And so I shall do: How to Let It Go: Currently being updated. The updates are coming out slowly, as I have almost no free time. Which means that you should expect an update once per month, but it might take two months if something not foreseen happens in my life. How to Become a Dragon Chief: Currently Complete, and its sequel, How to Become a Dragon Master, is up. Speaking of which... How to Become a Dragon Master: Currently on hold. I'm focusing on a story being written with thearizona, and How to Let It Go at the moment. I learned the hard way that working on too many stories at the same time end up in one not being worked on. Searching For Echoes of the Past: This story is being rewritten with thearizona. No ETA on when we'll start chruning out chapters. Hurtful Words: a two-shot written long ago with kate carpenter. We had a fallout so it likely won't change from that. However, if anyone fells inspired, I'd love to see that two shot turn out into a full story. Healing Holiday: Currently being updated, along with How to Let it Go The rest is either complete, or on hiatus |
