Because I am not able to pm him, I want to thank RobSt from the bottom of my heart to get me hooked on HPff. September 2015 I was in hospital...to be true, I was there since 5. July after a surgery gone wrong, 19 days coma and a handfull of emergency surgerys (and I was hospitalprisoner for nearly 18 month in the end)...well...I couldnt do anything except feeding myself...nearly 3 weeks of coma cripple you back to newborn status, you have to learn all again, starting by scratching your nose (3 weeks after waking up), brush your theeth (nearly 5 weeks) and and and, ...but finally I had enough strength to use my laptop and the mouse. My brain was meddled and thinking straight wasnt still a skill I have mastered. So one night when I couldnt sleep, I found by chance this little story (if you can 106 chapters call little..) about Harry Crow. I was flabbergasted! So full of ideas and well written (I only read english ff, even if I am from Austria because if somebody is slaughtering grammars, reading doesnt hurt so much, as it would in my native language (I slaughter english instead) O:-) ) so for two or 3 weeks I had a haven, if all was too much - the therapies, the setbacks, the pain...and for this I am grateful beyond words! In the last 9 years, I discovered so many beautiful stories and talented authors and I am sorry, that I did not write you to give you my respect, but - you know - meddled brain. I still cant focus long enough. It took me weeks to puzzle this text together and Im sure it is full of (grammar) errors. well, I never said, my english is perfect :D But, like I said in the beginning of this report: Thanks RobST for making my life a bit easier with your story - I hope my thanks will reach you one day! kind regards from Austria Panderle |
