Pheonix (misspelled on purpose, thank you) is a Lurker. I write, but it will never see the light of day. Ever. I read like I breathe and often review, and I've been prowling around this site for years longer than I've been a member. Yes, I know I need a life.
I know disgusting amounts of information about a varied number of subjects, most of them banned from discussion at the dinner table.
I have hobbies. The biggest one is here, the rest involve making things. The recurring are handbinding books, jewelry, chainmail, ornamental knots, quilting, sewing, leather working, beadwork, and whatever I can devise out of yarn, cord, string, thread, or other similar material with whatever tools I've newly discovered. That includes everything from black-tie formal purses to shoes out of straw. To date, I can crochet, knit, tablet weave, backstrap weave, lucette weave, finger weave (it's not what you learned that summer in camp), stick weave (nor is this), macrame (or this either) nalbind, net, tambourne, and embroider. Give me a ball of string and a stick and be amazed.
