Loki has returned to Asgard and is imprisoned for his crimes. While in prison he has the occasional visitor, will the love of others bring back the fallen prince or is he truly too far gone?

The borders between the realms are becoming less reliable and Thor is trying to prevent any invasions from happening. Loki is in prison and the Avengers have assembled to prevent attacks. Unfortunately, familial conflict and unknown realms cause trouble. This story is mostly based on Thor and Loki. Please read, review, and enjoy.

Sometimes, Thor and Loki pull off Get Help without a hitch, giving Thor a good laugh about his brother's successful humiliation. Other times, Thor fervently despises ever creating it in the first place.

Despite Freyr's assurance about their kindness, Loki finds out just how a graceful race can still be as unrestrained and unruly as an Aesir when a particularly disobedient Elf makes an impression that will change his life forever. "He is left back into the cold once more. And he is alone." The Avengers find Loki wandering Midgard unaware he has been wandering far longer than they expected. Concerns begin to arise as to the absence and silence of Thor in Asgard and the Trickster that holds nothing in his eyes but despair. No Slash, Rated T to be safe.

Three words. He need only say three words to defeat Thor at last and begin to prove himself. "Father is dead." Three words. He cannot say them. Short (for now) AU of a particular Thor scene. Thor & Loki gen.

Only when the guard has left does Thor reach down a hand to grasp Loki's forearm. Blood drips from fingers that are bruised and broken; his face is untouched, yet still drawn, twisted. "You must stop antagonizing them," Thor says, quietly.

What if, instead of Odin, Frigga had told Loki the truth about his heritage? Threeshot.

Mid-TDW. When the time came for Thor to ask for Loki's help to stop Malekith, he hesitated. In his anger and grief, he blamed Loki for Frigga's death and left him in torment. When Thor came back after his victory, Loki had finally lost himself to madness. What was left of the Loki that Thor had grown up with? What could he possibly do to mend the gaping rift between them?

DISCONTINUED! Loki's true nature is revealed to the King of Jötunheimr, and King Laufey demands his lost son's return. Odin agrees to hand Loki over...for a price. Suddenly thrust back to his home world, Loki is used as a piece in one of Odin's ploys in order to keep relative peace between Ásgard and Jötunheimr, but the young Loki starts learning truths he never could have guessed.

What if Loki learned of his true self when he was younger? Would things have been different between him and his brother?

Sequel to Measure of a Man: Following the Battle of New York, Loki has been taken back to Asgard to answer for his crimes. But though the Chitauri have been foiled in their attempt to obtain the Tesseract, the battle is far from over. Is their fight only for the Cosmic Cube . . . or does revenge play a central role?

AU. Loki's fall from the Bifrost killed him. His spirit returns to haunt Asgard, but Frigga is the only one able to see or hear him. Even more unfortunately, Loki has not yet realized that he is dead.

Isn't the blood that runs through one's veins all that matters?

He was carted away. Tortured beyond recognition, abandoned, neglected, forgotten for what seemed an eternity… Although, he supposed, that was his ultimate price for being a war trophy child. Loki had had enough time to reflect on his past, then he'd become restless, and then… he'd lost hope.

He had no idea where they were headed. It was a spur of the moment idea, really. One that seemed too good to waste at the time. -au.

Of course, he quickly discovers that when things come to humans, nothing is ever simple. Powerful forces vie for control and custody of the most powerful object in the nine realms, and the homesick prince finds himself caught in the middle.

Loki and Thor go to Midgard to see Christmas Eve. Just a happy-go-lucky story of the two brothers.

Political enemies of Asgard capture Thor, and decide to try to use Loki as leverage to force him to do as they wish. This doesn't go well... for anyone involved. Pre-Thor, no pairing, Loki whump, violence and blood, torture, Dark!Thor.

Thor and Loki never get back to Asgard. Now S.H.I.E.L.D. is stuck with the world's most hated war criminal on their hands and everyone wants a piece - unless they can find a way to get rid of him for good. Jane/Thor/Loki triangle. Post-Avengers.

After falling from Asgard, Loki chooses a different path and returns to his family; but when timelines deviate and parallel realities converge, he finds himself stranded in the future, where he must struggle to regain what he has lost. Post-Avengers, pre-TDW.

As children, Thor and Loki were the best of friends, but as the years passed distance grew up between them for reasons unknown to Thor. It isn't until years later, after their parents' death, after the gates are finally opened and Thor's coronation interrupted by Frost Giants, that Loki's secret comes to light. Now it's up to Thor to bring Loki home before Asgard freezes.

Loki's cell barrier was broken during the skirmish. He escapes. However instead of leaving Asgard, he seeks out his mother. He finds her in the hands of Malekith about to be killed. In desperation for the only one who cared for him Loki offers himself instead. However Malekith makes a different call and takes both. In captivity Frigga connects with Loki as they suffer. There were four times that Thor could have saved Loki from getting hurt, and one time he couldn't have.

The first thing which caught Thor's attention as he saw the blood was its colour. Not the pieces of broken glass in which it dipped. Not the ground that was decorated generously with it. On the eve of his brother's test for the Einherjar, Loki aspires to be more like Thor. Unfortunately, the sorceress he seeks for aid has other ideas - that the Odinsons' happiness can only be obtained through understanding of each other. Pre-Thor, genfic. Update every Thursday.

Thor and Loki are teenagers; as per the usual, they have a fight. When a misled Thor attempts to 'teach Loki a lesson', Loki lashes out with terrible consequences. Forced to rely on each other, they'll have to work past their differences or die trying.

When Loki falls, Thanos picks him back up.

When Loki fell from the Bifrost, he left behind a brother shadowed with grief. And Thor, as a man of action, must give action to his sorrow.

It was a sweltering Asgardian summers day and young Thor and his friends wanted nothing more than a swim in the cool waters of the lake. Unfortunately his little brother was with them and he was not to go near water without mother, but nothing could go wrong if they just stay in the shallows, right?

When Loki turns up demanding Thor's help on a quest to retrieve the All-Mother from Valhalla, Thor isn't about to say no. But that doesn't mean he's forgotten anything, and what better time than a road trip through the backwaters of the universe for trying to talk things out?

After Svartalfheim, Loki is still alive. In the end, it changes nothing. In which Thor hurts, Loki loves, and Jane learns how to lie.

When Loki falls, Thor dives after him and snatches him back. The Allfather punishes his wayward son. Warning for torture. Not slash.

It is the day of Loki's trial but all is not as it appears, and by the end of it Thor's world lays shattered . Thor will need all the help he can get, and who better to aid him than Earths mightiest heroes as he begins a desperate search for someone he thought he had lost. Thor brings Loki back to earth for his protection against the angry Asgardians, but under a spell that makes him younger when he uses magic. The Avengers relocate to Stark tower until the demigods return to Asgard for Loki's sentencing. They can fight together, but can they live together? And is redemption possible for any of them? Staring Loki, featuring the Avengers and Pepper.

'He wanted to move, but his thoughts could not command a body so spent of life' When Loki falls, an old enemy of Asgard rises. Rated T to be safe.

With his brother banished, his 'friends' plotting his demise, and his life falling apart all around him, Loki favors an alternative course of action to rid Asgard of at least one monster. Or: where problems actually get dealt with rather than just tossed down an intergalactic void.

Loki looks to the banks of the river on either side of him; he sees thick woods and large rocks. This area should all be farm land by now, leading into the dock of Ered Luin, the closest town to Arnlae. They've gone the wrong way. Pre-Thor

After thinking his little brother dead, Thor brings Loki home. But transitioning back to normal can be difficult when said little brother has gone through hell and back.

"And yet, I fear how far you would go to prove yourself worthy of the forgiveness you seek. I fear what you would give to protect that which you feel you do not deserve." When an ancient enemy rises from the shadows, the sons of Odin must again fight for the fate of the Realms . . . and the chance to rewrite fate and prophesy itself. Young Loki challenges Thor to a fight. They both suffer the consequences.

After a battle, the warriors of Asgard want the trickster off the battlefield, but perhaps not for the reasons Thor thinks. Pre-Thor.

In the end, his choice is simple. He must decide if the sins against him are greater than the sin he would commit by lashing out now, when he was needed more than ever. In the end, it all came down to the winter blood in his veins . . . An AU where the trip to Utgard goes much differently than expected.

"'I have already told you that I may not speak of what has happened on Niflheim; however…' Heimdall looked closely at Thor who was listening attentively. 'However, there is perhaps one detail that I may share with you. It is that Prince Loki still lives, and at this moment he treads upon that forsaken realm.'" Set post-Thor. Four years after Manhattan, Chitauri ships appear at the outskirts of the solar system. Although the Avengers are ready, they aren't prepared for Thor to suddenly reappear, bringing his recently-rehabilitated younger brother in tow. "A Night in the Moonlight" sequel. As the years of Loki's sentence go on, he and Thor quietly agree for their life before his fall to stay in the past. It's an agreement that works, until one day in the middle of a battle, Loki nearly falls again, and finds his old fears and memories about that night on the broken Bifrost resurfacing. But can his memories be trusted? Thor wonders.

Several months have passed since Loki's return to Asgard, and with Thor's understanding help, he is slowly learning how to leave behind the pain that drove him during his conquest on Midgard, and is fighting once more with his brother and friends. But when a battle goes terribly wrong for Sif, both she and Loki will not find themselves unchanged for their experiences.

Loki has made some long bets in his time, but never before has he so desperately hoped to lose. Unfortunately, Thor never has been best at reading his brother. Thor and his friends return safely from a disastrous visit to the realm of the dwarfs. At first, they think nothing of it when Loki does not return with them. When he finally does, the state the dwarfs have left him in is something none of them could have predicted in their worst nightmares. For the first time in a long while, Thor calls to his mother to help. Frigga comes running.

Sequel to "A Day in the Sun". Thor gets a glimpse of how deep Loki's pain runs, when a new threat presents itself after they return to Midgard for another day. His brother responds by trying to flee in fear for his life. But Thor is resolved not to surrender Loki, or the steps they've taken together, to anyone no matter their power. All he asks is that Loki stand with him this time

Loki's relationship with the Warrior Three and Sif is a constant tug of war. They are always expecting the worst, always accusing him. But when one of their adventures goes awry, Loki is provided a chance at changing that. An ultimate chance of proving his loyalty.

After Loki is punished for his crimes, he and Thor are sent back to Midgard to help the Avengers rebuild Manhattan. But when it becomes obvious that Loki is unwell physically as well as mentally, relationships are strained and healed as well as created. An innocent camping trip on Asgard turns dangerous when the party is split up and Jane, Sif, and Loki are taken captive. Heated words will have be be set aside as Thor and the others search for them before it's too late.

Loki has never taken well to the heat, but when the strangely hot and dry summer in Asgard causes fires to spread around the kingdom, injuring dozens, the only healer in the palace that knows how to treat Loki's fever may be called away, leaving the brothers without the answers they need to save Loki's life. As punishment for crimes against Midgard, Loki is bound to bracelets that force him to become obedient: much to his disgust. Whoever holds the Stone of Command, holds the free will of the Asgardian. Could be subtitled 'A day with young Asgardian Princes' in which Loki has a horrible dream, it affects the rest of his day and he/everybody else deals with it.

Loki's making that whistling noise in his sleep again, and it's keeping Thor awake, so Thor decides to wake Loki up, too. A late-night conversation between the two boys reveals something Loki fears, and a conversation between Thor and his mother the next morning reveals something Thor envies. And it has everything and nothing to do with moving to Alfheim.

A prophecy that had long been hidden from the sons of Odin creeps back to the forefront, naming Loki and Thor at the center of it. The brothers must find a way not only to stave off an impending attack from an unknown enemy, but to somehow stop the prophecy from coming true and ending Thor's life. Part of a series.
