Time for the yearly update, I suppose! As always, my fanfic is updated much more frequently and for a wider variety of fandoms over on my Live Journal. I probably only post about ¼ of my fics here, and usually when I’m suddenly in the mood to update – I’m fairly useless when it comes to these things! As a result, sometimes the fic I post here are often months or even years old. I don't tend to bite and love have a good chatter about fandom and fanfic, so if you do ever drop by my journal feel free to jump in to any conversation that may be going on at the time. Current fandoms of interest: I’m currently really fangirling some manga series with either tiny of nonexistent fandoms, specifically: Tokaido Hisame, Code: Breaker, Defense Devil, Psyren, and Natsume Yuujinchou. For Tokaido Hisame, I especially love Shion and Yakumo and their rather twisted yet dedicated relationship. For Code: Breaker, I’m a big Toki fan, and love his relationships and interactions especially with Ogami, his father, and Heike. I love Defense Devil unrepentedly (and pretty much solely) for the awesome sexiness that is Shugarl, while pretty much the entire cast of Natsume Yuujinchou holds my heart (but Natsume especially). Lastly, Psyren, my poor, doomed Psyren. For all the flaws this series has, I adore Haruhiko, Lan, Kagetora, and Ian completely – but especially Haruhiko. What can I say? He’s a ridiculous amount of fun. And, why not, since I'm playing around with site features. I've created a poll where you can vote for which of those tiny fandoms you'd like to see more fanfic in. Let's see if I can get the damn thing to work! On top of all the tiny fandoms, I’m still very much interested in the bigger series I’ve followed in the past, as well. Bleach is a bit of a slog at the moment because the story has really been dragging for months, while Naruto is actually rather engaging at the moment. I’m not a huge fan of the current Hitman Reborn arc, but here is hoping things pick up eventually. |
