Author has written 33 stories for A-Team. Hello, Time certainly flies when you're having fun., April 2021 marked my seventh year in FF. Where have the years gone? My time spent in Fan Fiction has brought me many new ideas and new friendships. I continue to enjoy this creative outlet. There are so many wonderful ideas circulating in this realm. As you can tell from my published writing I am an avid A-team fan. I am truly enjoying this opportunity to interact with other fans and see your takes on these characters. It is so interesting to see all the different interpretations that the fans have of the characters and the show. I try to remain true to cannon when I write while putting the characters into unique scenarios. Although, admittedly I have, on a rare occasion, veered off that track. I do always note/warn when I go rouge. No matter what though, I'll always endeavor to keep the Guys "in character" as revealed through the show. I have enjoyed creative writing since my childhood. It is a lot of fun to revisit that side of me, here in this site. I appreciate and enjoy reading reviews from fellow writers. I am grateful when you take the time, not only to read my pieces, but then to go an extra step and comment upon the pieces. I really enjoy the conversations that sometimes grow out of the remarks, as I do try to respond to them even if only to say thanks. I value all the support and the swapping of ideas that have come from your observations and the subsequent conversations. Reviews are also a great way for me to be introduced to the writings of my fellow FanFiction authors. Other fandoms that I enjoy visiting (and maybe will someday dabble in myself) are Battlestar Galactica - the original, M*A*S*H, Firefly, and The Murdoch Mysteries. "Reality can be beaten with enough imagination" - Mark Twain "Life is always going to be stranger than fiction, because fiction has to be convincing, and life doesn't." - Neil Gaiman "There's a time and place for everything, and I believe it’s called 'fan fiction'." -Joss Whedon "We've been brainwashed into thinking that we are all specialists of some kind and that you can’t really be a writer unless you’ve got something like a master’s degree. Obviously, we want dentists to be trained, but writing is human storytelling and everybody does it. MARGARET ATWOOD, novelist, in Fast Company "...you have a good idea, get it out there. For every idea I've realized, I have ten I sat on for a decade till someone else did it first. Write it. Shoot it. Publish it. Crochet it, sauté it, whatever. MAKE." - Joss Whedon Imagination is the highest kite one can fly. - Lauren Bacall “Optimism is sustainable when you keep coming back to gratitude, and what follows from that is acceptance.” - Michael J. Fox “...Reading isn’t passive — I enter the story with the characters, breath their air, feel their frustrations, scream at them to stop when they’re about to something stupid, cry with them, laugh with them. Reading for me, is spending time with a friend. A book is a friend. You can never have too many. |
