Yes, things got Deleted

To those of you whom this may concern,

I am in fact the author of a few stories you've read that that have now gone missing. While it may seem unfair, the reason they're gone is because I deleted them. At the very least, i thought you all deserved some form of explanation, despite how short and to the point it may be. When I wrote the various stories you read, I was only 16. Just having some fun on this site, by experimenting with a little bit of writing. I'm 19 now, and when looking back at the stories I have written, I just felt that they did not really represent what I am currently capable of creating (since it was all very amateurish).

Since I left this site roughly 2 years ago, I essentially spent all of my free time working on improving my writing. Learning the basics of; story-telling and plot structure, character development, as well as more detailed aspects such as subplots, the importance of world building, developing a writing style and genre narrative.

During all of this work, I became involved with a project that I am deeply passionate about, and have devoted nearly all of my free time to. This is the main reason i have ceased writing on this website and partially why i deleted my older stories.

I apologize to everyone I may have disappointed with the removal of these stories, but it was just something i felt needed to be done.

There are many other authors on this website with fantastic stories and deep plots that i am sure you will all appreciate.

If you're stuck for something to read, I would highly recommend the story "Prayer for the Preacher's Daughter". It is probably one of, if not the most well-written story I have read on this entire site.
